Job Description: 3M is seeking a Sales Representative for the Precision Grinding & Finishing Business with the Abrasive Systems Division. Job Summary: The Abrasive Systems Division is a leading global supplier of surface modification solutions with great opportunities for growth.
The person hired for the position will lead a US PG&F sales geography to deliver sales results above plan. The person will consult with the PG&F North America National Sales Manager to set medium to long-term strategic direction and sales plans for this complex product line. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies and create solutions for complex and multi-faceted customers.
Additionally, collaboration with the Technical Sales Specialists to drive customer project completion and sales growth will be a key priority. The ideal candidate will provide input to the cross-functional team, relevant to process improvements and operational strategies to support the overall growth strategy. Loads parts, monitor, and operator automated processes Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

SUMMARY: AccuRounds is seeking a reliable and conscientious CNC Cylindrical Grinder who can set-up and operate multiple machines to grind mechanical components to blueprint specifications. Knowledge of several materials is required, including stainless steels, specialty alloys and plastics.
