Position Overview: The primary responsibility of this position is to make sand molds into which molten metal is poured to form castings by using a Hunter molding machine to compact the sand in the mold according to specifications and quality standards. The individual must be able to work under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities cited below are considered essential job functions: Adhere to established safety procedures and 5 “ S ” standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain the cycle) required to perform daily duties in this position, including the proper techniques used in lifting/moving of parts Inspect patter.ns to ensure use of the correct pattern number to a written schedule provided by the supervisor Make molds by utilizing the Hunter molding machine Inspect cores to ensure the use of correct cores Place the correct pattern into the Hunter (i.e. 20x24 or 30x32) and bolts the pattern to the machine Activate a hand switch (push button) to start the Hunter cycle Insert the proper core or chill between the two halves of the mold by hand. Description SUMMARY Operates a range of manufacturing equipment for the production of rubber molded sealing products within assigned team. Inspects parts for conformance with quality criteria. This position is the entry level for the Rubber Molder job family.

This position will support the Iraq F-16 Program. Duties: Duties: In addition, to the duties listed below, candidate will tear down, inspect, and build up Main and Nose Landing Gear Wheels and Tires, maintain suitable number of tires in stock and be a qualified member of Crashed, Damaged, Disabled Aircraft Recover Team and Phase.
Candidate will also be responsible to assist with preparation, instruction, coordinate and monitor all training requirements (customer and LM) for the Wheel and Tire and Phase sections. Other responsibilities include maintaining training records and preparing reports and other related training products as assigned by the training manager or training lead. Training duties are priority.
F-16 Aircraft Maintenance Specialist (Crew Chief) responsible for daily flight and maintenance requirements of F-16 aircraft. Provide for the launch, recovery, and preflight/thru flight/BPO inspections, ground handling, minor maintenance, and servicing. Perform routine troubleshooting, installation, repair and maintenance of all electro-mechanical systems and components on the aircraft at the organizational level of maintenance.
Responsible maintenance performed on the assigned aircraft. Will be required to perform Aero Repair functions as required. This includes but is not limited to major maintenance such as landing gear replacement, flight control replacement and assist with Periodical Inspections.

What Process Control & Maint contributes to Cardinal Health Process Control and Maintenance sets up and operates processing equipment to manufacture to established quality standards in order to meet production demands.
