Record all necessary documentation and set a cylinder aside for settled pressure checks. ▪ Operate and safely maintain equipment for pumping or repackaging gases into cylinders. ▪ Perform all required pre-fill and post-fill inspections and tests before cylinders are released. ▪ Ensure cylinders are adequately maintained. Set-up, operate and monitor (pressure, temperature, weight) product trans-fill systems for the purpose of filling single or multiple containers with pure atmospheric gases
Fills cylinders according to cylinder operations filling procedures
Understands/implements required procedures (standard operations instructions) as established in the relevant Quality Manual
Works in a safe manner while filling/handling cylinders at all times
Record all required product fill data on the appropriate production data forms and/or by computer entries.
Scan containers and report any issue (missing bar codes, etc.).
Recover products (as for filling) from cylinders and detox on the appropriate manifold systems.
Maintain adequate raw materials inventory level and report month end quantities
