OWNER OPERATOR INSURANCE:
Required by Marten Transport, Ltd. $1,000,000 minimum.
Required on the truck.
Marten can assist you to get insurance through Protective if needed.
Physical Damage Insurance .3491/$100 value/per month ($174.55monthly premium based on $50,000)
Occupational Accident Insurance required. $120/month
Owner Operators are not covered by Marten’s Worker’s Compensation Policy.
Marten Transport, Ltd. will provide the option to purchase physical damage and bobtail insurance and will provide liability and cargo insurance at no cost; however, the deductible (up to the stated amount) is the responsibility of the driver and may be taken through payroll deductions.
Automobile Liability: $1,500 deductible per accident/incident to cover other party damages.
Trailer Damage: $1,000 deductible per accident/incident to cover damages to Marten Transport, Ltd. equipment.
Cargo: $1,000 deductible per accident/incident to cover cargo damaged in an accident.
Total exposure per accident/incident is $3,500 plus deductible paid to own insurance company on tractor. OWNER OPERATORS ARE HELD LIABLE FOR 100% OF REPAIR COST FOR TOPPED TRAILERS.

Essential Job Functions:
Perform pre-trip examination of vehicle
Pack pizzas and related products and deliver to customer’s place
Collect cash and coupons from customers and receive signature with necessary verification of ID from credit card account
Drive personal or employee owned vehicle to deliver customer orders in time
Promote pizza products; distribute door hangers and promotional materials
Sell pizzas and products over well-known routes
Document and keep record of information on pick-ups and deliveries, automobile mileage, fuel costs and any problems encountered
Communicate with central pizza office by means of cellular telephone
Collect payment of delivered pizzas
Prepare a number of products, wash dishes, operate pizza oven, sweep floors, carry out closing tasks per company standards
GED or High School Diploma
Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; Kneel, Crouch and reach. Lifting of up to 40 lbs may be required.

Your CDL-A truck driver career will really take you places when you join Tyson Foods' team.
One day off for every 6 days out on the road plus you’ll be paid for nine holidays at $130 per day.
Tyson Foods offers CDL-A truck drivers great pay and benefits and enables them to earn consistent pay to provide for their families. We have been ELD ready since 2011 so our solo truck drivers average 2,600 miles per week with E-logs, with an average salary of $62,000 per year.
Solo CDL-A truck driver pay for 0–1 year of verifiable experience starts at $.41 per mile. With 1+ years of verifiable experience, you can start at $.43 per mile. After one year at Tyson Foods, truck drivers receive a $0.01 per mile increase up to top pay of $.49 per mile.
One day off for every 6 days out on the road plus you’ll be paid for nine holidays at $130 per day.

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) performs direct patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation of all assigned patients, infancy through life span. Emergency Room Nurses are responsible for working as a team with other emergency response personnel in all disciplines of emergency care to deliver high quality care in a fast paced setting. Responsible for triaging patients, responding timely and making accurate decisions in order to provide stabilizing care to individuals in a crisis situation. Must be able to respond to emergency situations while assuring open communication with patients and their families, as well as other emergency medical professionals to provide and ensure proper and accurate medical therapeutic intervention. Responsible for meeting the established policies/standards of practice for this facility. Identifies nursing problems as they relate to the individual needs of the patients - plans and carries out individualized patient care. Daily use of analytical and decision-making skills. Participates in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement. Maintains cultural and diversity awareness when dealing with patients, visitors, co-workers and all other customers. Promotes a supportive, team-work oriented environment. Fulfills departmental responsibilities with the long-range plan, mission, vision and values of CMC. The Monitor Tech observes Behavioral Health patients via a camera monitor to ensure the safety of the patient, staff and identifies changes in behavior. The Sitter has direct observation of the patient (either in the patient room or in the doorway based upon physician ordered levels) to ensure the safety of the patient, staff and identifies changes in behavior.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current GA RN license. Basic Healthcare Provider (BLS) Certification required within 90 days of hire or promotion. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification required within 6 months of hire or promotion. Previous ED/Critical Care experience preferred. Completion of the Behavioral Health competency checklist. This staff will also complete CPI training within 6 months of assign responsibilities.
