Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating and closing
Oversee, plan and implement effective recruiting and sourcing strategies, developing fresh approaches to keep up with the changing employment market
Proactively reach out to qualified candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best talent
Focus on providing a great candidate experience through every stage of the interview process
Manage the advertising/job posting process through our applicant tracking system
Shepherd quality candidates through the selection process and drive effective decision-making and hiring with managers
Work proactively with hiring managers to understand their immediate and upcoming ("long-bench") needs
Oversight of best staffing forecasts for effective, efficient, and cost-effective execution
Oversee and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all databases
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and social networking sites to build networks of qualified passive candidates
Utilize our applicant tracking system to organize candidates and maintain accurate data
Own the offer process and acceptance by selected candidates
In coordination with People Services (HR) execute on boarding of new employees
Continually improve recruiting process for candidates and hiring managers, including refining key performance indicators on hiring effectiveness
Represent Bottle Rocket at recruiting events
Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business, Organizational Development or related field
5-10 years' experience of full-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment, managing the entire recruitment process, preferably in an ad agency, technology or creative environment
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels including internet sourcing, job boards, referrals, and networking
Technical exposure with an ability to understand and explain responsibilities to candidates
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team including a strong desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment
Exceptional leadership, oral and written communications, planning and effective decision-making skills
A proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.
