Responsibilities include: Design and develop computer software for computational chemistry research and for conducting related scientific research to fundamentally transform the process of drug discovery. Perform research related to drug discovery and develop innovative scientific techniques to direct unprecedented computational power toward the solution of key problems in the fields of biomolecular simulation and design.
Develop new algorithms and software for molecular dynamics simulations on commodity clusters, GPUs, and parallel computer architectures.
