Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program This position is deployed to the Revolutionary Technology Programs (RTP) team to provide technical support/direction. Expected to support team’s performance on project related to the analysis, design, and testing of aerospace and plasma physics experiments.

Primary responsibilities will involve design and construction of pulsed power electronics, control systems relating to power systems, and data acquisition electronics to support fusion plasma physics experiments. Normal activities will include test procedure writing, performing hardware test & fault isolation and leading troubleshooting operations in a small fast, moving team. Requires use of MS Office software tools to compile data, reduce data, and generate reports.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are highly desirable. Occasional overtime and odd hours required. Responsibilites:

  • Support execution of aerospace testing operations in accurate and efficient manner.  Organize test objectives and requirements and communicate them to the test crew.   • Review and prepare reports, proposals, and presentations analyzing customer technical requirements and recommend solutions beneficial to the customer.

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Level 5 Aeronautical Engineer with experience in Engine Integration for the Manned Aircraft Design Center of Excellence in Melbourne, FL. Position is for an on-site Engineering representative supporting the C-130J production activities at the Lockheed Martin facility in Meridian, Mississippi.
