Description As our Plastic Machine Operator at Nike Air MI, you'll set up, operate and adjust the plastic manufacturing machines and auxiliary equipment. You'll fill out the required documentation.
You'll also disassemble, clean and reassemble the loading system, tooling, molds and other necessary auxiliary equipment and fine-tune process parameters until parts are within specification and cycle times. In addition, this opportunity also involves continuously monitoring operating conditions and inspecting finished parts.
Qualifications Requirements for the position include: + High School diploma or GED + Ability to pass a 7 year background investigation and drug screen

Responsible for all aspects of performance including productivity, quality, and spoilage ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Reviews the job ticket, determines how many different structures are on the load and how many carts/skids will be required. Clears work station before and after each run and picks up and destroys all foreign material.
Empties all waste receptacles located within the blue line area. Sets up and operates air-operated stripping tool.
Removes scrap board from die-cut sheets.
Stacks die-cut blanks on skids/carts for gluer operations. Separates combination-run cartons onto individual skids/carts. Offloads and separates combination cartons run through the blanking die cutters.
Exercises care in stacking carton blanks on skids/carts to prevent carton mix-ups. Pushes out internal scrap from cut blanks when necessary using die hammer and wood punches. Disposes of extra cartons and loads after completion of carton stripping jobs.
Disposes of extra cartons from gluing department (in gray bins) as required. Operates power baler to compress scrap board and paper into bales. Feeds loose bales back through the baler as needed in a timely manner.
Deposits scrap bales and paper skids in the appropriate recycle trailer in a timely fashion. Operates forklift to move skidded stock into position for stripping. Performs routine and preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment.
Informs the supervisor when supplies or parts are required. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all ISO forms and quality checks for each job Performs job duties in accordance with all federal, state, local, and company safety rules. Performs other job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of printing terminology and practices. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must pass basic reading test.
Must pass color vision test.
Must pass color hue test.
Must have the ability to meet and/or pass the minimum requirement on a mechanical test or have demonstrated mechanical aptitude through prior work experience.

Air Defense Enhanced Early Warning Operator Course Instructor
Background Support the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), 30th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, Fort Sill, OK with training/instruction for Soldiers, Officers and Warrant Officers. Types of spectrum of training include classroom, hands-on, simulation/virtual, field environment and exercises, combat scenario driven, and live fire in a realistic and safe environment. Training requirements are for resident and non-resident training courses and in support of Mobile Training Teams (MTTs). Conduct of instruction is in support of specialized training requirements or the training of new systems.
Job Duties Duties will include:
- The 14H Air Defense Enhanced Early Warning Operator Instructor will instruct on the technical aspects of the equipment and facilities required to conduct 14H Air Defense Enhanced Early Warning Operator training, to include the task lists for the operation and maintenance of MOS specific equipment. 14H Instructors will evaluate students’ duty performance and certify their competence of the skills instructed within the course utilizing prescribed evaluation methods and performing analysis of training effectiveness. 14H Instructors also will review and recommend acceptance or revisions of a variety of publications pertaining to 14H Air Defense Enhanced Early Warning Operator Training.
Minimum Position Requirements * Minimum of four (4) years’ experience as a as a 14H Air Defense Enhanced Early Waring Operator within the last five (5) years
Alternate experience: 14H instructor certified or have the skills and knowledge of previous 043-14J/ASIQ-3/140A (versus experience) to serve in lieu of the 14H MOS. Preferably with Tactical Command System and PATRIOT BCP background/experience with a target goal of 14H10.
Must have experience with MS Office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and be able to use them proficiently
Desired Education and Experience * Graduate Army Basic Instructor Course and System Approach to Training Basic Course or other service school equivalent
