The Wireline Cased Hole General Field Operations Supervisor is primarily responsible for utilizing Surface Systems and Software in acquiring quality Wireline cased hole logging data while ensuring that all services are performed in the safest and most efficient manner possible and responding to clients with a strong customer service approach. Responsible for the technical and operational expertise in the planning, execution, post analysis and performance of equipment in the field.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures compliance by all department personnel with TES Inc.’s Business Management Systems for Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, Asset Integrity Management, Human Resources and Finance.
- Ensures compliance with the TES Competence Assurance System and that all department personnel complete required training and competence assessments according to TES Inc.’s Operating Procedures.
- Ensures quality control of logging data and all operations.
- Provides data interpretation as required or prompt satellite delivery to the client’s location.
- Monitors all safety practices including expert driving techniques, use of personal protection equipment, maintenance of all safety compliant certificates and licenses, and addresses all safety hazards to management.

JOB SUMMARY: The Driller will perform core drilling services for a seasonal minerals exploration project. Core drilling is a mechanism designed to rotate and to cause an annular-shaped rock-cutting bit to penetrate rock formations, produce cylindrical cores of the formations penetrated, and lift such cores to the surface, where they may be collected and examined. Prior experience in Alaska’s rural construction industry is preferred but not required.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: + Mobilize in setting up drill sites.
Operate a core drilling rig 12-14 hours per day, working shifts where you will remain at the project site in remote locations and adverse weather conditions for periods of time.
Prepare daily reports of all drilling activities.
Perform and document daily pre-shift inspections.
Perform and document maintenance and repairs on company equipment and vehicles.
Perform trade for long hours, day after day, often in adverse conditions, to complete the project at hand.

General Description: The Directional Driller is involved in the planning, execution and management of all phases of any directional drilling job to deliver services that meet and exceed client expectations. He/she also provides technical support to clients and other crew members at the wellsite. Essential Functions: * Ability to identify and strap all components of the BHA upon arriving at a location.
Ability to communicate effectively with the lead DD on location concerning the proper procedures to achieve the correct well bore placement, according to the client's well plan and goals.
Mastery of the standard directional drilling formulas and the ability to calculate them by hand.
Solid knowledge of the drilling parameters of the rig and how they may adversely affect the BHA and drilling.
Ability to write independent reports while on location addressing the company's assets, daily activities, surveys, and end of well reporting.

The trainee will help move, set up and operate drill rigs and related equipment to drill test holes for geotechnical engineering studies. Site investigation/geotechnical drilling is done to determine the soil characteristics on sites to be developed as building, roadways and bridges. Work is outdoors.
