Sorting almonds per production specifications. Follows Blue Diamond Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), policies and procedures and safety procedures while performing assigned duties.
Manually removing defective almonds or foreign material from a moving belt while maintaining product quality by following customer specifications. Required to meet output standards, schedules, and deadlines designated by production standards and the Department Manager. Other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by Supervisor.

Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist - Lexington
Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Therapy Manager Occupational Therapist I is part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the rehabilitation and the promotion of health and wellness to those who have or are at risk for developing an illness, injury, disease, disorder, condition, impairment, disability, activity limitation or participation restriction. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, preparing, implementing, and documenting individually designed examinations and treatments intended to help patients achieve their highest level of independence, taking into account safety and environmental adaptations, and including activities of daily living and vocational training.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to: Patient Care Examination: a) Examines patient using appropriate testing methods and instrumentation, appropriately records and interprets all findings, and identifies patient needs. b) Formulates a detailed assessment based upon findings of the examination. c) Develops treatment plan and patient outcomes, incorporating the input of the patient, their family and other health professionals. Ensures that the plan and outcomes are functional, time-based, and measurable, and incorporates diagnosis, prognosis, physical/mental status and anticipated lifestyles.
Treatment Planning and Intervention: a) Safely and effectively implements the treatment intervention. Applies sound clinical judgment and skill. b) Engages a high degree of patient motivation and cooperation in treatment, as evidenced by patient compliance with treatment intervention. c) Provides patient/family education during therapy and in preparation for discharge. d) Conducts ongoing assessments of the patient?s status and revises treatment intervention, goals & outcomes as appropriate.
