Manufacturing company in West Cleveland is currently hiring 15+ machine operators! This position just became available and are able to start as soon as next week!


Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Operate CNC machines (Amada)
  • Operate mill machines, blancher grinder, band saw, and flame cutter
  • Load and unload equipment and materials
  • Provide innovative solutions to improve efficiency
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
  • Log and record readings for equipment and procedures

Shifts:

  • 2nd- 1pm to 10pm. Mon-Fri
  • 3rd- 9pm to 6am. Sun-Thu
    • All overtime is mandatory!

Pay:

  • $10 to $10.50


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields
  • Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
  • Diploma / GED
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Basic math skills (including decimals and fractions)
  • Experience with Mics/Calibers/Gauges
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:

The Pasteurizer is responsible for running and maintaining pasteurizer and other related equipment within a nut milk production environment.

High responsibility: Responsible for quality, food safety and product specifications

* Closely monitor the production process and follow Standard Operating Procedures for batching and processing products.

* Monitor fats and proteins as they associate with processing milk products.

* Calculate recipes for standardization, inoculation.

* Prepare cultures and enzymes according to the various recipes and inoculate the milk

* Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties including simple equipment maintenance

* Maintain sanitation of equipment including CIP & hand cleaning

* Operate equipment at recommended speeds and communicate mechanical and operational issues as they arise.

* Operate and clean equipment with a sense of urgency to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.

* Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.

Job Requirements

  • Some college, particularly with courses in chemistry or mechanical engineering; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current General Pasteurizer license preferred
  • 2 years experience minimum working on Pasteurizer (Milk or Juice) preferred

* Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

* Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.

* Understands basics of chemistry: pH, dilutions,

* Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend for virtually the entire shift.

* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally including overhead.

* Must be able to work in a wet environment. Some exposure to cleaning chemicals

  • This position is responsible for all equipment within the facility; this includes but is not limited to the following: bottle descrambler(s), bottle rinser(s), bottle filler(s), sleever(s), steam tunnel(s), capper(s), induction sealer(s), case packer(s), palletizer(s). Job Details: The FA-18C-F Flight Simulator Operator (Equivalent to Computer Operator II) reports directly to the Lead Operator. The Computer Operator II’s specific job responsibilities included but are not limited to the following:

  • Trainer operators shall set up all trainer requirements associated with training missions: - Respond within a designated time to instruct, trainee or inspector requirements for trainer operation and control in support of training missions
  • Able to utilize full training capability of the device.
  • Operators shall operate each console for insertion of flight variables, mission parameters and trainer malfunctions while exploiting the maximum capability of each tactical system.

  • Trainer operators shall be responsible for communicating with Blue forces as they move into, onto and around Red Forces during simulated training scenarios involving air-to-air (A/A) intercepts and air-to-ground (A/G) strike mission training.

  • Capable of researching and inserting various mission problems and trainee/trainer malfunctions while determining whether trainer response is correct.

  • For unscheduled missions, trainer operators shall respond within five (5) minutes of notification by the instructor or Contracting Officers Representative (COR).

  • Perform janitorial services on assigned spaces as required.

  • Work any shift and weekends as specified by Contract for this site.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned. Tactical Control Operator (TCO)

  • The TCO shall have in depth working knowledge of Tactical Communications with section/division fighter elements during A/A combat and A/G strike missions + Air Intercept and Air Combat Systems experience + Air Combat Maneuvering Readiness and Navy Fighter Weapons Training + Received specialized training and possess eighteen (18) months hands on experience in the control of military aircraft.

  • Demonstrate competence through satisfactory, progressive performance as a simulator Flight Simulator Weapons/Tactical Missions Operator.

  • The TCO shall have an intimate knowledge and understanding of, and in using, all tactical mission scenario, tactical functions and systems of the trainee station and simulation devices, the Avionics and Weapons Systems of the aircraft to its maximum capability.

  • TCO shall be able to manipulate flight simulator for insertion of flight variables, mission parameters, and trainer malfunctions while exploiting the maximumcapability of each tactical system.   • Requires mental alertness and ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English.

  • Physical ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time, and to climb two (2) flights of stairs is required.

  • Operator shall demonstrat­e competence through satisfactory, progressive performance as a simulator operator.
