Past Performance Volume Lead
Raytheon seeks a Past Performance Volume Lead who will be assigned to strategic and top pursuits within Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) business unit. The Past Performance Volume Lead will be responsible for all aspects of developing the past performance volume required for DoD and intelligence community proposals including pre-submittal questions, written and oral proposals, evaluation notices (EN) or pre-award questions, and final proposal revisions (FPR). Working in close coordination with the Capture Manager, Proposal Manager and other company subject matter experts, the Past Performance Volume Lead will: • Understand the customer’s past performance evaluation process • Analyze RFP requirements and develop outlines, templates and compliance artifacts • Develop resource estimates needed to complete past performance volume including labor hours, schedule, personnel, and skillset required • Analyze company programs to evaluate relevancy and assess contract performance • Collaborate with solution architects, program personnel, teammates, and other members of the pursuit team to ensure the past performance baseline is clearly documented • Work closely with teammates and subcontractors to collect and develop their past performance artifacts • Develop and enforce interim milestones to achieve top-level proposal schedule • Work closely with authors, subject matter experts, and other contributors to formulate work plans and develop effective responses to meet past performance requirements • Author and/or edit proposal content including text and graphics taking inputs from key contributors to construct a compliant and compelling response • Assess proposal content (compliance and quality as represented in structure, text, and graphics) and provide guidance/direction to authors/contributors on a daily basis, through multiple steps in the proposal development process • Integrate feedback and implement corrective action as recommended from review teams • Assess impact of amendments and changes to RFPs, and modify past performance artifacts and approaches as necessary • Administer past performance questionnaire process • Collaborate with other proposal team members to achieve consistency across all proposal volumes and sections • Manage the past performance repository and archive REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS · 3-4 years of capture and proposal experience with DoD and/or Intelligence Community; experience preparing competitive proposals for federal agencies · Minimum of 8+ years total experience · Demonstrated experience on proposal teams as a subject matter expert, volume lead, or past performance contributor · Strong leadership skills and experience building relationships with program teams · Excellent written and communication skills · Effective analytical and problem solving skills · Self-motivated/ability to work with minimal supervision · Ability to lead, plan, organize, and manage complex projects and tasks that cross multiple disciplines · Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g.

Paste Mill Operator
Job Type (Full time/Part Time): Full Time
The paste mill operator is responsible for producing and packing paste and butter products to customer specification.
- Responsible for performing pre-operational inspections, line set-up, operational adjustments, continuous process monitoring to ensure that quality and production standards are met, and recording material usage.
- Performs general housekeeping and various sanitation functions.
- Required to collect, measure, graph, and catalog variances, spillage, downtime, foreign material, and other production and product information. Draws samples from product flow and tests for specific quality attributes and records results.
- Daily compliance to Blue Diamond Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), HACCP, and Safety practices and policies.
- Required to offer guidance to supporting line personnel.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and adequate supplies of packaging materials and raw ingredients.
- Performs minor maintenance tasks, including (PM’s) Preventative Maintenance Audits.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work under limited supervision. Receives guidance from Managers/Supervisors and Department Leads but is expected to decide what actions to take when handling all but the most unusual task. Must regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Must help maintain product quality while meeting output standards.
- Must be able to interpret and accomplish tasks and directives described in complex technical, administrative, professional, and company guidelines.
- Required to drive forklift and /or transporter.
- Operator will be exposed to adverse conditions such as heat, noise, and a wet work environment.
- Required to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by supervisor. May be required to perform inventory duties. Directs and coordinates line personnel. Ensures break relief when necessary.
- Basic PC skills, including some data entry experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and work schedules.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must demonstrate the ability to solve problems and form alternative solutions when unusual processing and/or operational issues arise.
- 1 year industrial machine operation experience preferred.
- Some lift-truck experience preferred.

: We are currently searching for a Batch Mixer for our plant which has bulk manufacturing, blending, conveyor, filling, labeling, and packaging processes. The Batch Mixer / Blending Operator is responsible for performing duties to load and unload mixing machines with large batches of food ingredients as is consistent with specifications.
