  • Prepare and coordinate weekly schedules for material and backfill.

  • Support underground and surface operations by visiting the work places necessary to have a better understanding of priorities, and current/future designs.

  • Review and assess the success of paste pours through reconciliations.

  • Paste Plant Laboratory QA/QC Database Management.

  • End of Month Reporting. The above duties and responsibilities are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive. Training & Experience + Requires a minimum of an Engineering Degree, preferably in mining.

Job Description Kelly Services is hiring! We are in search of machine operators for a possible temporary to hire job opportunity in Woodridge. The pay is between $13.44/hr - $14.22/hr Duties and responsibilities: Operators are responsible for running their machines to the standards and requirements of each job. Selected candidate will be responsible for running different types of equipment as assigned. This equipment includes operating a cutting machine and a molding machine. Must be able to stand, bend, walk, and lift during entire shift.

  • Read and understand the process sheet in order to run the mold(s) properly

  • Correct and report all discrepancies or changes in work instructions to the QC Manager or Supervisor.

  • Use the specified gram weight of rubber for each cycle.

  • Complete production tags, travel tickets and day-by -the-hour sheets as required.

  • Strive for efficiency and productivity.

  • Audit parts while running, adjust process if necessary to improve quality. Seek help if not able to correct problem. Strive for zero defects.

  • If a mold is damaged, must be reported immediately to the Supervisor.

Wax Supervisor GENERAL SUMMARY: The Wax Molder produces wax patterns, chills, gates, and solubles in accordance with acceptable productivity and quality levels. The Wax Molder also processes and moves raw materials, new and reworked tools and produces molding work instructions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Operate in a safe and efficient manner all wax press machinery, equipment and related tooling. 2. Perform proper cleaning, handling and storage of wax molding tooling. 3.

Read and follow wax molding set up techniques and instructions associated with each tool. 4. Perform general cleaning of the molding area and equipment. 5. Inspect wax patterns for acceptable quality criteria. 6.

Appropriately document all daily paperwork and forms associated with the molding operation. 7. Identify and document tooling damage and operational issues. 8. Process paperwork and physically move tools in and out of the department as required. 9.

Set up and inspect new and reworked tooling. 10. Receive and inspect raw materials. 11. Perform leach tank operations as needed in a safe and efficient manner. 12.

Perform monthly maintenance duties. 13. Write work instructions for the molding operation. 14. Adhere to plant and department safety rules and regulations. 15.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 1. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. 2.

Job Description

- Maintains customer satisfaction by maintaining and directing the maintenance of molds and ancillary equipment used in producing product.
- Ensures the quality fabrication and maintenance of injection molds, dies jigs, fixtures and other devices used in furthering production of the customers’ parts.
- Enhances team efficiency by training and directing less experienced mold repair personnel.
- Oversees and performs preventive maintenance on molds and on mold performance tracking the maintenance with accurate and timely documentation.
