JOB SUMMARY: The Plant Manager is responsible for the plant operations, safety, product quality, customer service, and maintenance and production.
- Bachelors Degree

This position is a shared resource between Consulting, Compliance and Champlain Brokerage. The person who fills this role will be responsible for creating and analyzing reports with data from multiple sources.
Performs business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory, predictive modeling and data mining.
Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current business operations.
Works directly with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements.
Create reports, marry data from multiple sources, analyze and interpret data to tell stories, create formulas, pivot tables, V look ups, etc.
Assist in the production of ad hoc data and reports.
Might assist in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation information.
May have the opportunity to guide less experienced business data analysts.
Cross-trains in additional responsibilities.
Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with two to four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data, see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions. A master critical thinker who is able to look at the numbers, trends and date and come to new conclusions based on findings. Is detail oriented and have solid math skills. Have the ability to effectively present findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. Must be able to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
The person chosen for this position must have advanced Excel skills, which must include, but not limited to the following: Filtering, V-lookup, Advanced formulas including array formulas, Tables and formatting, Conditional formatting, Advanced charting, Pivot tables and pivot reporting, VBA and macros. Access database skills are also required.
