JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Job Description

Position summary:

The Locker Room Attendant / Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining his/her area of work by continually organizing, cleaning, and maintaining supplies such as towels, paper goods, cleaning fitness equipment, cleaning pool deck, and all other consumables as needed in the locker room.

Specific
Responsibilities:

Locker Room

  • Inspect and clean lockers to ensure a high standard of appearance and cleanliness.
  • Maintain and clean vanity areas as well as stock supplies.
  • Periodically clean and maintain cleanliness of toilets, restock toilet paper, and all paper products as needed.
  • Refill all consumables periodically and as needed.
  • Empty trash, vacuum all carped areas, clean mirrors
  • Inspect showers for cleanliness standards, remove all used towels or any other trash as needed, check drains for hair.
  • Inspect sauna, steam room, and whirlpool and remove debris left in area.

Family Changing Locker Room

  • Hose down seating area by Cabana at beginning and end of every shift.
  • Remove all trash and towels around the pool area as needed.
  • Straighten up all chairs and tables periodically to maintain a neat appearance.
  • Hose down and mop floor tile in Family Changing Locker Room.
  • In inclement weather, assist lifeguards with putting umbrellas away.
  • Replenish towels, consumable products, and paper products.
  • Remove trash, towels, and other debris left behind in the Family Changing Locker Room.

Laundry

  • Wash, dry, and fold linen.
  • Maintain proper functioning of laundry equipment.
  • Keep laundry area clean, mop floors at beginning and end of shifts.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of laundry detergent.

General Areas

  • Clean floors, walls, and mirrors in lobby, corridors, exercise areas, and studios.
  • Clean exercise equipment including cardio, machines, weights, benches.
  • Remove trash and install new trash liners.
  • Replenish gym wipe containers.

Take lost and found items to the Front Desk Receptionist.

Complete all other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Manager on Duty.
