The Role: Xylem seeks to hire a Molder – First Shift. This position is responsible for operating a jolt-squeeze molding machine used in the production of green sand molds at the TTO Slaton foundry. Position requires attention to safety, quality and productivity.

Job Responsibilities: + Maintain high safety standards + Set up and make molds on jolting and squeeze-type machines + Follow conventional molding techniques, such as: punch or set sprues, fill mold with sand from hopper as required, jolt, squeeze, draw patterns, close molds, move to pallet car, strip flask and send pallet car down platform to be poured.

  • Venting, cutting, gates ramming, tucking, setting cores, chills, chaplets, risers, gates required as necessary.

  • Patch and repair molds, ream out sprue and riser as necessary + Performs related duties as assigned

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION As part of the Orthopedic & Tissue Technologies (OTT) sales team, the Ankle Arthroplasty Business Leader (ABL) will be responsible for leading business initiatives that drive regional sales within our lower extremity orthopedic product portfolio, specifically our Ankle Arthroplasty products. SUPERVISION EXERCISED No direct supervision. The ABL will provide direction in conjunction with regional sales management to full-line territory sales specialists in assigned geographic region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Executes National Sales Campaigns at the Regional Level + Leads key product sales campaigns within assigned region. Drive new product launches, training, case coverage and clear/consistent messaging for new and existing products.
