ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Fill coating pot, check viscosity according to specification, hook up hoses from pots to coat the coating wheels. Make adjustments to as needed to spread coating evenly.
Receives trimmed and formed reeled product from WSH forming operation. Loads reels onto de-reeling arm.
Make sure the strip is correctly aligned. Attach pulley to beginning of strip, by bringing it from end of coater through ovens.

Serves as a back-up for Patch Test Technicians – produces patches and maintains antigens, schedules patients referred for patch testing triages phone calls and patient issues.
