This is a newly created role whose primary objective is to perform and facilitate Regulatory Oversight for the firms Retail Brokerage business with a focus on the oversight of Digital Advice and technology. This is a leadership role, the responsibilities, of which, are to ensure effective remediation of non-compliant situations within the business unit through a collaborative re-design of process/controls and testing of their effectiveness.
