overall maintenance of tooling functions in plating operations. Perform inventory control of plating shop materials, and tooling (building anodes and cathodes, as required). This position executes the external, internal, and atmospheric corrosion control program as designated by the EnLink Midstream Corrosion Control Manual/Coatings Manual and as outlined in CFR 192 and CFR 195. Must possess competent knowledge of all aspects of corrosion control, its mechanisms, and mitigation
Must be able to proficiently utilize corrosion control equipment including but not limited to, Multi- meter, reference electrodes, current interrupter, pipe locator, data logger, soil resistivity box, and pipe line current mapper

Must be capable of lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50lbs.
Must be capable of vigorous outdoor activities and have manual dexterity with physical ability to work extended hours, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, working with arms extended above the head, twisting upper body, standing for long periods, walking on catwalks, working in confined spaces, exposure to extreme weather conditions, driving a vehicle, operation of forklifts and light industrial equipment

We provide value to our customers through our state-of-the-art facility and equipment delivering a wide range of sophisticated capabilities including anodize, passivation, paint, dry lube, assembly, and non-destructive testing (NDT).
This is an exciting time at Jet Processing as we are forecasting rapid growth. We have an urgent need for talented individuals that can join the Jet Processing family and contribute to our success. At this time we are in search of an Anodize Technician who can demonstrates high Performance capability and company values.
The Anodize Technician plans/schedules/performs assigned chemical process preparation and anodize/chemfilm work based on incoming work forecasts from the Supervisor and/or Senior Processor.
Processes assigned prioritized daily work in the wet processing area. Helps prioritize the work of others.
Communicates job status, in writing, (via the traveler/log sheets) to the next Processor or shift and articulates which jobs need follow up.
Processes all jobs as requested by the supervisor without rework/scrap. Trains others to process defect-free parts.
Ensures parts are processed in tanks meeting specifications by verifying tank temperatures, process controls and calibrations prior to processing.
Demonstrates safety compliance by adhering to all Jet Processing safety policies including: reporting all safety incidents and near misses and notifying leadership of any unsafe working conditions
Actively wears all appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while completing work tasks on the shop floor.
Champions department safety initiatives through 6S and safety planning.
Actively and successfully participates in processor training and certification programs.
Maintains proper training to perform all positions in Production.
Requires management skills to work effectively with direct reports and peer positions, as well as subordinate staff, to maximize efficiency of operation.
Verifies work instructions and Traveler information is correct and processes are compliant with the customers' requirements.
Able to consistently and properly perform all positions on the anodize line with minimum supervision. Calculates surface area and current densities to determine time required to achieve thickness requirements.
Ensures on time delivery and quality standards are accomplished.
Maintains work area in a safe, organized manner. Assures immediate work areas are presentable to customers. Cleans up work area at end of shift.
Processes hardware in accordance with the SOP, traveler and/or special customer or engineering instructions. Trains others to perform to quality standards.
Processes to meet specific quality requirements by the customer and traveler guidelines. Understands and trains others on process control requirements.
Performs applicable verification tests in accordance with the specification, SOP, or customers' instruction. Trains others to perform tests.
Ensures test results are properly documented on the appropriate log books. Ensures work is performed to the standards in a timely manner to meet the production schedule.
Ensures all jobs are shipped on or before the due date/time.
Ensures all employees in the area are wearing appropriate safety equipment required to process the job.
Ensures notification of Production Manager or Safety Officer when imminent danger, environmental or pollution prevention concern is observed.
Assists in providing corrective action when hardware is processed incorrectly. Ensures corrective action takes place.
Must be qualified to work within an export controlled environment and on ITAR controlled items (i.e.: US Citizen or equivalent).
Graduation from high school or G.E.D. certificate, or one year of general or a combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standard and that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
