The Antenna Engineer is a member of the Engineering Team, responsible for product design, development, and support. Job Summary: Design of antennas for existing 3G/4G wireless bands and developing 5G millimeter wave bands. Design, simulate, and test wideband antenna elements, reflectors, and features for aperture tuning and sidelobe control.
Design, simulate, and test lens structures and antenna arrays for active beamforming and tilt control.
Design and simulate antennas using CST and/or HFSS. Test antenna and array prototypes in anechoic chamber and outdoor far field range to verify gain, cross-pol isolation, and sidelobe levels. Also, prefer conduct high-level and detailed design, simulation, and layout of transceiver circuit blocks including power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, oscillators, distributed and lumped filters, upconverters, downconverters, quadrature modulators and demodulators, RF switches, duplexers, matching circuits, and phase shifter circuits.
