We are hiring a mid level Antenna RF Engineer to help expand our current product line of planar arrays, phased arrays, reflectors, horns, lenses, patch, helical, spirals, IFF and dipole antennas and related components, as well as improving existing antennae.
Our modern facilities include a small Anechoic chamber and a large outdoor antenna test range.

This position is more than just a antenna design position, as you can expect to wear multiple hats in a RF project engineering capacity. Duties can vary, depending on project workload, and delivery schedules. Day to day duties may consist of antenna design, antenna testing, running production, simulations, R&D, fabrication, overseeing and identification of production issues, troubleshooting and improving on current designs.

Antenna Subsystem Technical Leader
This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons. Raytheon SAS is seeking technical engineering leader with deep domain knowledge of Active Electronically Steered Arrays (AESAs) and other antenna technologies, the leadership skills needed to manage multiple large developments of AESAs, and the strategic vision and influence skills needed to develop a product family of AESAs for our business.
Our AESA technologies are used for military radar, electronic warfare, and communications systems. Detailed mission and over all systems knowledge for either radar or electronic warfare systems is required. The successful candidate will have knowledge of complex antenna simulation methods, radome design, radiator design, monolithic microwave integrated circuits, beam-forming architectures, power and thermal subsystems that support pulsed operation, and beam control firmware/software.

Defines technical development plans, including budgetary and milestone estimates for proposals. Generates technical content for white papers, proposal volumes, and program data items. Minimum of twelve years of related experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of eleven years of related experience.
Six to eight years of experience managing engineering projects, including LO antenna design, schedules, budgets, and proposals. Direct experience designing low observable antennas, frequency selective surfaces, resistive surface treatments, and other forms of RCS reduction is required. A familiarity with the characteristics and design of various antenna types such as uniform or tapered slot, cavity backed aperture, broadband, wire, and microstrip is required.
Experience with one or more design and analysis software tools such as HFSS, Ansoft Designer, CST, FEKO, MatLab, and Microsoft Office is considered essential. Candidates must have hands-on experience performing S-parameter measurements, antenna gain and pattern measurement, and antenna RCS measurements. Knowledge of practical RF system considerations such as path loss calculation, cascade noise figure, and intercept point is desirable.
