Working in our manufacturing facility to set up and operate labeling, filling, and packaging equipment. Wearing a respirator at times is required and fork truck driving is preferred. Primarily Evening shifts are available ($1/hr shift premium) but some day shift opportunities exist. Day shift starting pay of $16. This position will participate in an Incentive Plan, which is paid based on the profitability of the company and teammate performance.
One to two years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Prior coatings manufacturing a plus, experience in food or like environment blending or mixing highly desirable
Be safety oriented at all times, prior experience in a chemical plant is a plus

This position will be assigned to various production related tasks, which includes product manufacturing, product filling, and shipping related functions. This position is responsible for assisting the production team successfully achieve its goals and objectives
Major tasks include:
Advocate and practice the principals of the Safety program
Participate in plant safety committee meetings and activities
Operate paint making control systems
Operate manufacturing equipment such as HSD's, pumps and valves
Operate packaging equipment such as robotics, filling machines, case packers, labelers, etc.
Unloading of dry and liquid materials
Loading of trucks with finished goods
Monitor quality or product in manufacturing and packaging areas to include OTMIS (off the mill in spec), cycles, fill levels, package appearance, fill weights, and raw material certificate of analysis
Use floor computers for reporting unsafe conditions, calling up order numbers, etc.
Reading and following instructions in all areas of the production floor, manufacturing, packaging, shipping, receiving, etc.
Participate in house keeping activities that are indicative of a safe and clutter free work environment

Working as a Part-Time AFB Order Filler, you will assist warehouse managers with inventory management and deliveries. Summary: Rust-Oleum Corporation has an immediate opening for a day-shift Filler/Helper at its production facility in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The Filler/Helper is responsible for operating, setting up, changing over, assisting, or tending to machines in order to package paint in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards.
Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product.
Tend to or operate machines that package product.
Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items.
Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature.
Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor.
Secure finished packaged items by hand tying, sewing, gluing, stapling, or attaching fastener.
Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, or labels.
Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material.
Clean and remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials to prepare raw products for processing.

Bulk Order Filler: 1st Shift: $14 per hour

Ensures the correct batch is selected by signing out store orders and verifying batch numbers with the Sign Out Clerk or through voice picking on headset, if applicable.
Focuses on labels to select from correct location in order to provide the stores with the correct merchandise ordered.
Ensures labels are placed properly on merchandise in order to be scanned properly.
Achieves set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

The Filler Operator is responsible for ensuring optimum quality products through the operation of the filler of various product families following regulatory standards, ensuring the product is clean and sterile.
Clean, set-up, operate and monitor equipment of the production line.
Complete all required documentation and scheduled quality checks.
Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of product.
Make adjustments to filler timing and filling, & check mat as needed.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
Collect required samples needed for Quality Assurance testing.
Ensure that the proper packaging materials are used for each product being produced.
Will have working knowledge and experience with labeler operations; watching for jams and effectively threading wrap to prevent downtime due to error.

Prepare equipment for next run to include size changes as needed.
Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.
Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information. Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP's.
