Preferred is the technician who has previous working experience in electrical, welding, fabrication, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Miner Service Professionals must be capable of being very hands on and digging into the details to understand our customers’ needs.
Manage a number of competing priorities/personalities and execute against both individual projects as well as broader strategic initiatives.
Attention to detail, high say/do ratio and consistent follow through are critical to the success of this role.
Ability to engage and communicate across all levels of the customers’ and Miner’s team.
Strong emphasis on electrical installation, wiring and troubleshooting.
Must have experience with difference welding methods and techniques, steel fabrication and have knowledge of metallurgy.
Helpful is experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. Assembles, installs, servicing, troubleshooting and maintaining complex mechanical systems.
Background in Mechanical, Commercial and Industrial Maintenance.
Follows all safety procedures in performing work, as well as company policies.
Able to work independently, but in a team environment.
Able to manage time effectively, as well as complete service reports, timecards and parts ordering.

Communicate well with customers, vendors, etc.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Technical school training and OEM certification a plus.
