Repairs damaged walls and ceiling and floor tiles.
Checks exit and emergency lights for proper operation. Replaces bulbs and battery packs as necessary.
Performs routine preventive maintenance work.
Performs duties on all buildings on campus and all exterior features on campus.
Uses work orders and fills in all pertinent information.
Follows all safety procedures including wearing uniform and appropriate protective personal equipment (PPE.)
Ensures that all staff and customers are treated with respect and courtesy

PURPOSE: Under the close supervision, is trained to identify common defects in wax patterns generated in the wax pattern injection process.
Using prescribed procedures, performs a repairs wax patterns to acceptable quality to continue in the manufacturing process. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Perform all required pattern repair operations to eliminate flash, non-fills, air bubbles, core pulls, holes and cracks; smooth and scrape surfaces; blend contours and eliminate all surface defects or other irregularities as required. Use hand tools and exercise care to smooth and blend joints and fixtures, avoid damage through mishandling or dropping. Work involves a variety of hand operations requiring manual dexterity, concentration and care. Detect and report defects indicating unusual operating conditions to lead person for investigation and correction. Meet acceptable level of product throughput while maintaining quality standards. Maintain acceptable level of attendance. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Follow safety regulations, practices and procedures. Perform a variety of other tasks, flexing in an out of main job, to perform work of equal or less complexity as assigned by supervisor to maintain production requirements in the plant. SPECIAL SKILLS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures. The Pallet Repairer is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all pallets repaired. Training will be provided for safety, proper pallet repair techniques, quality, and customer pallet criteria. Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS:Comprehend basic math. Ability to operate power tools in a safe manner. Must be able to follow repair process.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for sorting, repairing and keeping the yard in orderly condition, at the direction of the Supervisor and/or Site Management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Other job duties may be assigned)
Pallet Repair, pneumatic guns, hand sort pallets, nailing pallets, driving forklifts, sweeping areas, including yard debris, dock areas and levelers, etc.
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS:
The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
The ability to work in a physically demanding yard environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 75lbs
The ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
The ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, without advanced notice
