The Skunk Works is looking for world-class talent in Mission Systems engineering to join the 70-year tradition of creating advanced aircraft. The position will be part of the Mission System Sensors Integrated Product Team (IPT) for an ADP Program.

The position will provide technical experience towards integrating Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) Sensors on to air vehicle platforms. These duties will include but are not limited to sensor identification, functionality assessment, sensor compatibility, source selection of sensors and platform integration. Candidate should have experience in Avionics and ISR Sensor Integration with particular emphasis in Electronic Warfare platform integration.

The successful candidate will be an integral member of a technical interface team, responsible for working with external supplier teams, (both internal and external to the Corporation) to develop and integrate an ISR suite addressing the Customer's requirements. The successful candidate will interface with other ADP Program IPTs to ensure the integrated ISR suite conforms to air vehicle configuration, flight and ground test, and operational requirements in both test and operational environments. Candidate will assess multi-INT collection reporting against requirements and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of intelligence collection provided against associated requirements.

Evaluates the execution of collection plans and strategies, assessing the ability to provide reliable and valid intelligence to customers. Determines its value in answering intelligence needs and impacting customer decision making. Candidate find and interpret ISR data sources through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques.

Manage large amounts of data, merge data sources, ensure consistency of datasets, create visualizations to aid in understanding data, develop models using the data, and present/communicate data insights/findings. Create tools and processes to extract, filter, characterize, and display the information when required. Candidate will assist with the development of the methods and criteria used to evaluate fulfillment of collection requirements using Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), response to collection plans and strategies, etc.

Candidate will provide analysis required by Collection Strategists, Intelligence Planners, and Collection Enterprise Architects to identify gaps in current methods and to model future scenarios.
