They are responsible for Firearms Training including curriculum development for firearms and act as a Firearms Instructor. Oversees firearms and ammunition storage, maintenance, issue and inventory. The Armorer is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing all Protective Force firearms.

Sr Staff Systems Engineer- Armored Vehicle Fire Controls

We are seeking a subject matter expert (SME) in the area of electro-optic based fire control systems (hereafter referred to as FCS) for Armored Land based vehicles. The SME’s main role will be to provide technical subject matter expertise to engineering. The FCS SME will be responsible for: + Providing FCS and related subject matter expertise to the Engineering organizationthroughout the product development life cycle.

  • Developing high-level system requirements, architectures and technical baselines for new and derivative FCS systems and products.

  • Supporting FCS integration & test (TI&T) as well as verification & validation (V&V) activities.

  • Supporting engineering project teams in the preparation of engineering technical inputs, cost estimates, and schedules for bids and proposals.

  • Write technical white papers in response to customer requests, and apply Systems Engineering techniques to define and evaluate system architecture options to meet combat and tactical system CONOPS and system level requirements.

  • Assisting as needed with new business capture and transition of programs to Engineering.

  • Interfacing as needed with internal and external project teams, company personnel/leadership and the broader customer community in general.

  • Assisting as needed with subcontractor technical management and technical coordination of all engineering groups assigned to a program.   • Required Qualifications: + Extensive knowledge of EOIR FCS and related technologies for land-based armored vehicles – including EOIR imaging and associated system stabilization, laser & stadiametric range-finding, ballistics fire corrections, turret/hull interfaces including slip-ring capabilities and expandability, data/image analysis/processing.

Pay rate for Drivers starts at $12/hr and AST's $13 after training.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS OF ATM (Technician)

Responsible for the proper maintenance and servicing to all our ATM locations as either a Driver Guard or ATM Technician to include re-supplying, replenishing, retrieving deposits, and monetarily balancing the machine.
Install and de-install ATM machines including customer requests and proper procedures.
Perform non-technical first line maintenance.
Ability to operate, initialize and shelve Mas Hamilton locks
Monitor and schedule First Line Maintenance (FLM) Technicians and service requests.
Work in close cooperation with Managers, Supervisors, Billing Clerks, and Driver/Guards.
Loading or unloading vehicle cargo weighing up to 50 pounds per item between 24 times daily up to 5 days per week.
Professional and constant communication with customers.
Accounting for and being responsible for transporting cargo to and from ATM.
Sort individual cargo items by route.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

Count items, record amounts and serial numbers, sign and date receipts and manifests.
Communicate verbally with customers, as well as by two-way radio to report emergencies, and upon approach to Loomis Company facility.
Ability to perform repetitious heavy lifting and carrying of items by hand in an unrestricted manner for significant distances (several yards).
Ability to push/pull dollies/carts load with cargo weighing up to several hundred pounds.
Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out.
Possession of valid drivers license and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely in accordance with Driver Physical Qualifications established by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Possible exposure to gasoline/diesel fumes.
