    Reports to: Director of Floriculture and Ownership

    Schedule: Full-time (Weekend work during seasonal color rotations and occasional evening hours as needed)

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Establishes and maintains high horticultural standards and practices; providing direction training and motivation for the Flower staff
    • Is a hands-on leader, actively working/monitoring the daily horticultural tasks in the flower plantings and perennial bed areas
    • Works with customers and vendors developing long-term productive relationships and growing the size of the program overtime
