Identify and stripping out defective logs. Drain water from bottom of KP and inspecting equipment. Set up and breaking down grinders.
Record condition of grinder plates on grinder inspection sheets and turning in to lead supervisor. Inform QA and Production Supervisor in the event of issues with equipment grinder or raw materials. Informs and assists Maintenance persons in identifying and correcting problems with machines.
Performs PM s on equipment in assigned Department. Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor. Perform various other tasks as assigned by Leadperson, Supervisor or Superintendent.
