Our Southern California region is looking for an experienced EHS Professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in EHS consulting and/or corporate EHS program management who is highly motivated by the cultivation of long-term and mutually-rewarding relationships with clients, coworkers, and partners. This Consultant or Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing all aspects of asbestos, lead, mold and/or other industrial hygiene projects including conversing with potential and existing clients; proposal generation, managing project budgets and generating final reports and remediation specifications and providing technical quality review of asbestos, lead and microbial reports.
The successful candidate should be able to achieve billable revenue target as set by the company and maintain client relationships with existing clients to grow customer base. Additional responsibilities include performing on-site surveys, inspections, assessments, abatement oversight and monitoring and auditing of safety procedures and applicable regulations associated with industrial hygiene and environmental projects. The successful candidates should have experience in industrial hygiene and safety consulting including assessment of asbestos, lead, microbial agents; as well as indoor air quality assessments or other industrial hygiene investigations.
Experience in healthcare settings is a plus. This can include asbestos, lead, microbiological inspections, infection control investigations, exposure monitoring and sampling. Education/Experience: + Working knowledge of industrial hygiene, environmental health and safety concepts, and the use of common IEQ field instruments with valid certifications + Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or experience successfully managing large and complex projects in at least one area of our service lines offered + Certified Industrial Hygienist preferred and CAC and CDPH Inspector/Assessor, required, NIOSH 582 equivalent training preferred.

Senior level technical professional with ability to conduct building environmental site investigations, assessments and surveys to sample, measure and analyze air, water, material, and soil. Position Overview: To be able to work in compliance on asbestos abatement projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Execution of fieldwork encompassed in asbestos abatement projects while under direct or indirect supervision. Correct completion of all job-specific, employee related NRC paper work including Timesheets, Daily Work Reports, Driver’s Logs and Daily Tailgate Safety Meeting Forms. Ability to load / unload drums, cylinders, equipment from and into vans, flatbeds, trailers, utility trucks, etc.
Ability to perform work inside small areas of varying dimensions; involving squatting and crawling for possible extended periods. Ability to follow directions; read/speak and understand English; read and understand common danger placards / labels and hazardous warning literature including site safety plans. The ability to safely drive and perform safety checks on all vehicles for which licensed.
Must be able to understand and comply with company and client safety standards. Ability to perform heavy lifting and carrying (up to 100 pounds); use of hand tools, power tools, bending, stooping, shoveling and other physically demanding tasks on a daily basis. Ability to perform work under sustained hours, uncomfortable weather conditions and rough terrain.
Must be clean shaven at all times to allow immediate donning and seal of respirator. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
