SUMMARY OF JOB: This position is responsible for replacing and installing all types of water heaters for our residential plumbing customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but are not limited to)
* Must have demonstrated knowledge of Gas, Electric, and Tankless Hot Water Heater installations.
Assists other installation technicians in performing skilled and semi-skilled plumbing work in the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
Assist other installation technicians on the Plumbing installation of plumbing equipment, fixtures and PVF (Pipe ,Valve and Fittings) * Assists other technicians in drain cleaning, jetting and camera inspections of fixtures and rain lines
Maintains internal and external customer satisfaction by promptly responding to requests and communications
Obtains needed supplies and equipment to complete assigned tasks
Measures, cuts, threads, and assists in the installation of pipes and tubing
Transports equipment to job sites as needed
Responds to after hour emergencies as requested
