Elite Assemblers, LLC is seeking motivated, self-driven individuals for immediate work in the greater Inland Empire Market. We are a service organization working within major retail locations building bicycles, grills and patio furniture. The main demand currently is for bicycles (children’s, mountain bikes, beach cruisers and BMX bikes)

This is a part-time role that has the potential for steady work 3-4 days per week. Currently seeking candidates with the ability to work day time hours (6am- 7pm range) preferably, both weekdays and weekends. 
We offer:
-Competitive pay! This is highly dependent upon quality of assembly work and volume of production. On average, assemblers working 3- 4 days per week could earn $300- $600+ per week based on customer demand and employee availability. Average hourly rates based on volume and time range equate to between $18- $27/ Hr. However, we pay commission (per piece built) based on volume and quality of work.

-Mileage reimbursement after 50 miles driven each way.

Seeking Candidates who:
-Are mechanically inclined and enjoy working with their hands.

-Must have personal basic tools to use for work purposes including but not limited to: impact gun (18 or 20 volts), sockets, wrenches, bicycle stand, and portable air compressor. If you do not have all of these tools upon hire, you must be capable of getting them within the first week of employment.
-Must be able to perform lifting- weight varies by product but could be upwards of 50-75lbs.

-Must be able to stand for long durations and perform manual functions of assembly work. Must be capable or working in heat and inclement weather as we frequently work outdoors.
-Must have right to work and submit to a basic background check

*Specific cities include: Fontana, Colton and Temecula. Though more work is available for those willing to travel further into LA and Orange counties.

Seasonal - Bicycle Safety Instructor

Job Description

The Learn to Drive Your Bike program is offered one evening per week for six weeks. Two Bike Rodeos will be offered, one in Mayand one in June. Two instructors co-teach the class, staff will assist the individuals running the Bike Rodeos.

Examples of Duties

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Prepares lesson plans to teach children bicycle safety and basic rules of the road.

  • Teaches children in a classroom and outdoor setting.

  • Maintains a safe learning environment.

  • Sets up and takes down necessary equipment for program.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Operates audio visual equipment (as needed).

  • Provides own bike for riding with class.

The Bicycle and Pedestrian team is seeking a strategic, flexible, and creative thinker to join their team asa Bicycle and Pedestrian Planner. Working as part of Hennepin County's Community Works Department, this position will assist with planning activities, technical analysis and implementation of the county's adopted bicycle and pedestrian transportation plans.

The mission of Hennepin County Public Works' Community Works Department is

to provide expertise and serve as a resource to coordinate and facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication for the realization of Public Works initiatives and to support county efforts.
