Responsibilities: + Supervise a growing team of Controls and Software Engineers, providing direction and training when required + Responsible for software design, code and unit testing of modules relating to Communications, Interfaces, Diagnostics and Controls

  • Support a move to introduce model based design with a view to progressing to auto code generation

  • Introduce and promote commonality and optimization of software design and validation through re-use of modules

Increase sales of the Component Repair/Overhaul & Manufacturing product line through sales calls, customer visits, trade shows or other sales methods to attract new customers. Perform market analysis with cost of entry ROI to identify new capability for the CRO/MFG product line.
