The EHS Leader will provide support and leadership for Plant 4, part of Lynn Component Manufacturing (LCM), comprising of 2 buildings on-site. The EHS Leader role communicates and leads business goals, programs, and processes related to Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives.
In addition, as the EHS Leader , you will:
Develop new Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs as required
Lead the validation of health, safety and environmental Frameworks to ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements

Lead efforts to operationalize EHS at site

Act as primary liaison with regulatory agencies concerning all EHS issues
Understand regulatory changes and trends and forecast site impacts
Actively contribute to the direction and content of site EHS programs
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Fixed Facilities

Assist driver with safe and efficient delivery of food products to MFS customers. Handle freight, follow QA processes, provide for safer delivery with respect to load issues and work demand, as well as attend to the security of the product and equipment at the delivery point.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Unload product from truck to customer premises by use of ramp and 2-wheeled hand truck.
Put away any freezer/cooler product that requires stacking.

Inspect equipment to ensure it is in proper operating condition
