Work Schedule: Monday
Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders or reports.
Mount all electrical component into unit cabinet via print. Run conduit, label and pull wires. Make connections at components and route opposite end to electrical enclosure.
Cut route wires to various circuits.
Point-to-Point for continuity.
Properly mark various circuits.
Make preliminary connections and applicable wire harness assemblies.
Cut sleeves and insulates connections.
Crimp eyelets/lugs to wire ends using crimping devices.
Connect wiring to accessories: relays, circuit breakers, plugs, condensers, solenoids and switches.
Conduct functionality/continuity test of electrical assemblies.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 or more years' electrical assembly experience with 1 year of on-the- job experience in testing and troubleshooting.
Must have a basic working knowledge of electricity and electro-mechanical equipment as a minimum.
Minimum Abilities and Skills:
Able to install all kinds of conduit.
Able to operate and use wire pulling equipment, assorted tools & drills skillfully and safely.
Able to read a tape measure.
Must have demonstrated ability to communicate (speak, read and write English)
Must have a basic working knowledge of electricity and electro-mechanical equipment as a minimum.
Able to lift and/or move frequently up to 25lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Must have average manual dexterity with ability to use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls and balance.
Able to stand for prolonged periods on a concrete floor.
Able to walk, reach with hands and arms, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
Able to climb ladders and work in high areas.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, the ability to adjust focus, and color vision acuity.

Electrical Control Panel Assembler
This electronics company is seeking a Control Panel Assembler for a full-time, long-term opportunity. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Assemble electrical control panels, complete point-to-point wiring, and install a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical components

Perform duties required to assemble all electrical components into the main power packs with respect to each product line.
Assemble main electrical power pack per design and engineering specifications using schematics
Assemble electrical and pneumatic components, into sub assemblies across multiple models in each respective product lines.

Responsible for completeness of sub assemblies per the ATO sales order.
Responsible for all sub assembly documentation.
Inspect components, prior to assembly, for visual defects and damage
Inspect completed sub-assemblies, visually and manually.
Supports the assembly group in determining what is required to meet the sales order.
Support engineering department in redesigning and building prototype sub-assemblies for presses
Responsible for preparing the following forms when needed: material request, material return to stock, IRAD form, etc.

Performs any combination of following tasks to assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems: Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or other holding device.
Crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits, or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place, using hand-tools, power tools, machines, and equipment.
Mounts assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets, on chassis panel.
Connects component lead wires to printed circuit or routes and connects wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points, using soldering, welding, thermos-compression, or related bonding procedures and equipment.
Installs finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
Assembles and attaches hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches, to assemblies.
Performs intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, and color coding parts and assemblies.
Tends machines that press, shape, or wind component parts.
Adjusts or trims materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.
Performs on-line go-not-go testing and inspection, using magnifying devices, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment, to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
May perform assembly operations under microscope or other magnifying device.

Maintain knowledge of component ID color code, basic soldering, utilized assembly drawings,
Wire lists bill of materials and specific written instruction in performing duties.
· Build electronic assemblies using perforated printed circuit boards and discrete components.
