STATEMENT OF JOB
Working under the direction of the Supervisor, this person assembles parts such as manual actuators, completer kits, vent plugs, stamps nozzles and assembles other restaurant accessories.

Must be 18 years of age and have a HS Diploma or equivalent. The Assembler I must be able to communicate raw material needs/shortages to Supervisor. This employee must be able to assemble small parts by hand requiring hand and finger dexterity and must be able to use a variety of hand tools and fixtures. Must be able to lift weights as not to exceed as outlined in the Safe Lifting policy.This employee must be able to work with various lubricants and adhesives and must be able to read a production print.
Checks to see that all parts are available per work order specifications.
Assembles parts according to drawings or work instructions.
Maintains required records, i.e. serial number logs, production counts, scrap records, etc.
Applies proper labels.
Performs necessary testing on required parts.
Maintain required records.
Uses hand tools, power screw drivers, loc tite and an assortment of lubricants.
Most items are light, but occasionally required to move boxes of supplies up to 50#.
Packages completed units.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Production - Musical Accessory Assembly
The Packaging Production worker is responsible for final packaging of all Dunlop produced products (guitar accessories), at the final stage before product is sent to Finished Goods for shipment to customers.
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met.
- Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders, using hand tools.
- Run various packaging equipment – Blister Packer, Skin Packer, Sealer and Shrink Tunnel.
- General packaging of finished products in boxes, bags, containers along with labeling and sealing.
- Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools.
- Must work safely and follow all safety guidelines.
- Occasionally move boxes from place to place.
- 1-2 years of experience in general packaging.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency – MS Office and Material Control Systems.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION * Performs electronic assembly operations such as SMT soldering and repairs, through hold soldering and repairs, wire termination, cable harness assembly and cable harness installation into chassis and modules.
DUTIES * Assembles electrical and electronic components, wiring harnesses, and other electrical assemblies and subassemblies.
