Responsibilities are to prepare for and provide final packaging for these products on an assembly line. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY! Two shifts are available: 3PM-11PM, and 11PM-7AM, with a 10% salary differential provided for the 11PM-7AM shift. We offer a full benefits package including health and dental insurance as well as 401(k). The only requirements are dependability, the ability to stand through a shift, and since you will be near ovens, the ability to work in a warm/hot environment. Job Summary:

A Rig-Up Hand / Shop Hand / Driver will assist with safely and efficiently rigging-up/rigging-down various jobs on location, loading/unloading trailers with necessary equipment and supplies and cleaning, maintaining and rebuilding equipment in the field as well as in the yard. As a Driver, they are responsible for safely transporting equipment and/or crew to and from a job location, and works as a member of a crew that operates machines and maintains equipment. This includes assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of equipment.

Primary Duties:
  • Communicate with Rig-Up Lead regarding job.
  • Ensure rig-up trailer is loaded with necessary equipment & supplies to complete the job.
  • Safely and efficiently execute rig-up and rig-down of job sites.
  • Prepare paperwork for all job sites which includes JHA, checkout sheet, Daily Act Sheet, and DOT Inspections.
  • Responsible for the safe transportation of the crew and equipment to and from job locations in a timely manner.
  • Maintains accurate work tickets based on the Company's requirements and the work performed for the customer.
  • Responsible for complying with all applicable DOT rules and regulations, including but not limited to, accurate driving log books, and pre-trip / post trip inspections.
  • Assist in maintenance of equipment in the field as well as in the yard.
  • Clean and maintain rig-up trucks, trailers and heavy equipment.
  • Assists in the assembly and disassembly of equipment.

    Key Functions & Responsibilities of the Bench Hand

    · Reads drawings, designs and various technical materials as necessary.

    · Polish cavities to high finishes

    · Draw polishing ribs

    · Basic disassemble and assemble of molds.

    · Contour ejector pins

    · Spot hand loaded loose pieces and parting line.

    · Spot cores, cavities, slides and lifters

    · Bench and polish to A-2 finish.

    · Provide an efficient lineup for the next shift.

    · Maintain and repair molds.

    Qualifications

    Required Experience, Skills & Abilitiesof the Bench Hand

    · Knowledge of the different stones, papers, polishing compounds and their use.

    · Good comprehension of mold design required.
