As an Assembly Line Packer you’ll be responsible for placing product, packing and palletizing of components or products. With a focus on inspection of product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination. You’ll need to reject products that do not meet qualifications, supply lines as needed, feed lines as need, palletizing, bailing, tray packing, correct placement of product on line or in containers, boxes or pallets all while maintaining consistent health and safety procedures. What you’ll do: + Correctly place product on line or in containers, boxes or pallets.
Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination.
Reject product that does not meet qualifications.
Supply and/or stock lines as needed.
Place boxes on pallets and do bailing as needed.
Maintain consistent health and safety procedures.
Successfully complete required training, re-training and any additional training required by policies and practices, or as assigned by the supervisor. What you’ll need: + Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. Proof that you are 18 years of age or older.
Be able to stand on your feet for long periods at a time.
Use eye-hand coordination when working and handling products or machinery.
Have vision and hearing within normal range and the ability to operate equipment.
