Located near O'Hare, we have an immediate opening for an experienced Electrical Assembler / Machine Wirer. Specific responsibilities include:
Read, interpret and understand schematics including component and symbol recognition.
Utilizing schematic, plan electrical assembly and wiring sequence.
Follow electrical schematic for build and wiring. Builds and wiring may include electrical junction boxes, line connections, stop buttons, push buttons, safety switches, outlets, electrical motors, variable frequency drives, plc's, electrical sub-assemblies, and other electrical units.
Build and wire electrical control boxes and panels.
Wire complete machines and systems.
Properly utilize a variety of hand tools for assembly and wiring.
Travel to customer locations for installation as required.
Communicate potential problems to Lead / Manager.
Ensure assembly tasks are completed within budget and on-time per schedule.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations.
Understand and maintain both quality and quantity standards and expectations.

POSITION SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:

The Bulk Order Puller is responsible for pulling items, placing items in totes and assembling the totes on pallets that will then be loaded onto our delivery trucks, and shipped to our stores. Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to your co-workers and fellow team members.
Receives store orders and using totes, proceeds down the aisles and using an RF Scanner select items and removes the merchandise from the shelf and puts it into the totes in accordance with information provided on the store order

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR EXPERIENCED HIGH REACH OPERATORS!! This position is responsible for successfully moving products, supplies and finished goods through the facility, including loading food product into delivery trucks. Selectors will utilize forklift equipment to select and build pallets of product based on the labels they are given, while maintaining a high standard of efficiency and accuracy. Work environments vary depending on position and include but are not limited to dry, cooler and frozen room temperatures.
Select and itemize pallets of product according to company specifications
Wrap, tag and secure pallets properly
Operate forklift equipment including electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, order pickers, turret trucks and battery changing machinery

Load pallets in accurate sequence into delivery trucks
