Job Description: Nazdar SourceOne is searching for an Account Executive to join our team in the New England Region. This person will be responsible for the management of existing customer relationships, prospecting new business opportunities, and client retention at companies involved in the Graphic and Digital Printing Industry. The primary focus of the role is to promote sales of wide-format digital printing and finishing equipment, inks, media and related supplies to companies producing Point of Sale, Trade Show Display, Exterior Signage, Vehicle Wrap, and other Digital Graphic applications. Duties include:

  • Provide account management coverage and perform business development activities at an assigned account base within a geographic sales territory as directed by Nazdar SourceOne Sales Management.

  • Develop relationships that are; “High, Wide and Deep” with decision makers and key influencers at assigned accounts, and targeted prospects.

Job Description: Purpose: Facilitates the development of global label and gift cartons with Suppliers, Agencies, or Corporate Design. Participates in vendor selection and qualification. Reviews both artwork and vendor proofs for printed materials such as gift cartons, labels, stickers, shrinkbands, and hangtags for validation copy and print execution. Develops or modifies artwork for stickers. Submits files to CRT or TTB for legal approval. Serves as Product Innovation Project Manager. Responsibility: (Job Detail) + Legal Submissions – Prepares and confirms labels conform to CRT and/or TTB Federal guidelines. Submit labels to Legal Department for CRT and TTB filings.

  • Ensures printed materials, i.e., labels, shrinkbands, hangtags, stickers are accurate. Issues material specifications into ETQ for same printed materials.

  • Obtains vendor proof approvals by uploading and tracking vendor proofs in the Artwork Approval System. Facilitates and updates modifications on vendor proofs based on internal or market feedback.

  • Partners with Design and Packaging to determine appropriate print vendors for print jobs based on specification/technical requirements of jobs and printer’s capabilities.

  • Builds and maintains a strong partnership with vendors. Regularly communicates project efforts and status.

The primary purpose of the position to monitor, organize and report on the daily work flow of the print shop and provide ongoing customer services for all orders.

Job Function As Print Production Coordinator, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Responsible for quality assurance and customer service to internal/external clients and customers. No direct supervisory functions. This job description does not list all the duties of the job. Delegate printing tasks among the interns. 8. Relay on experience and judgment to coordinate print and design requests. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 9. Provide ongoing customer service from receipt of order through completion. 10. Responsible for placing services calls print production issues. 11. Evaluate and monitor print shop internal processes to ensure maximum efficiency. 12. Monitor all orders for appropriate QA. 13. Track inventory and place all supply orders. 14. Provide limited supervision to others through motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks. 15. Supervise work through the planning and scheduling of work assignments and the review and approval of tasks. 16. Product Assembler

The daily responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to, microwave passive and active components assembly. Position requires work under microscope. Successful candidates will possess PCB Surface Mount experience, die-attach, and wire-bonding experience. Requirements + Good hand-eye coordination.

  • Comfortable with small parts (0.01”x 0.01” or smaller) Preferred Requirements: + Be able to working under microscope.

  • Can perform manual die-attach, including MMIC chips, FET devices etc.

  • Can work with Westbond manual bonding machine

  • Can work with manual gap welding machine + Be able to read and understand the assembly layout drawings. Contract Print Production Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Print Production Designer to join an in-house Creative Services team with a fast growing team for a contract position. The responsibilities will include:

  • Work from supplied Word docs, Excel spreadsheets as well as manual mark -ups to create new layouts and/or revise existing pieces.
  • Produce component artwork elements, including working with technical illustrations, modifying and retouching images and building data tables.
  • Make rounds of revisions and produce final mechanical art.

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements include:

  • Experienced in creating clean and accurate production artwork and mechanicals for print. Projects include flyers, brochures, catalogs, point of purchase and tradeshow graphics.
  • Must be experienced in large multi-page documents such as catalogs.
  • Excellent and proven skills in Adobe Creative Suite. Expert level required for InDesign, also strong in Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro.
  • Work must be high quality and accurate, with great attention to detail. Accustomed to working from production specs.
  • Strong knowledge of principles of design, including layout, good use of typography, color and composition. Adheres to branding guidelines.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience with technical material including data tables and technical drawings; also experience in drafting or CAD drawing
  • Skilled in working with M.S. Office applications: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Pertinent experience in agency or corporate environments
