Job Description Nazdar SourceOne is searching for an Account Executive to join our team in the New England Region. This person will be responsible for the management of existing customer relationships, prospecting new business opportunities, and client retention at companies involved in the Graphic and Digital Printing Industry. The primary focus of the role is to promote sales of wide-format digital printing and finishing equipment, inks, media and related supplies to companies producing Point of Sale, Trade Show Display, Exterior Signage, Vehicle Wrap, and other Digital Graphic applications. Duties include:

  • Provide account management coverage and perform business development activities at an assigned account base within a geographic sales territory as directed by Nazdar SourceOne Sales Management.

  • Develop relationships that are; “High, Wide and Deep” with decision makers and key influencers at assigned accounts, and targeted prospects.

  • Introduce and demonstrate Nazdar SourceOne product solutions to customers that emphasize features and benefits that bring value and meet customer requirements.

  • Utilize advanced Sales Call Planning to ensure effective time management in providing account coverage, and in the pursuit of new business development activities.

  • Maintain an active and current Sales Opportunity Pipeline at assigned accounts, and targeted prospects utilizing Nazdar SourceOne’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.

  • Track customer activity within Nazdar SourceOne’s CRM program to review customer service levels product purchase activity, and Nazdar SourceOne vendor managed inventory (consignment) programs.

  • Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records of customer contact and other demographic information within Nazdar SourceOne’s CRM program.

  • Provide regular and timely updates to Regional Sales Manager on new business development opportunities, and/or competitive threats at assigned account base.

  • Travel throughout assigned territory to call on current customers to advance business opportunities or resolve problems. When required such travel may include representatives of Vendor Partners.

  • Work with Regional Sales Coordinator to develop customer price lists, and quotations in accordance with Nazdar SourceOne customer discounting guidelines. Where necessary engage the Regional Sales Manager when additional price deviation to meet competition.

  • Work with Regional Operations Manager, and Corporate Credit Manager to establish and communicate customer credit terms in accordance with Nazdar SourceOne Credit Policy.

  • Work with Nazdar SourceOne and Vendor Partner Technical Service and Quality personnel to investigate, and resolve customer technical application and product performance issues.

  • Work with SourceOne Operations and Customer Service personnel to investigate, and resolve customer service issues related to problems with deliveries, ordering, invoicing, etc.

  • Attend Industry Trade Shows located within, and outside of geographic sales territory to support business development activities by Nazdar SourceOne and/or Vendor partners Qualifications: + High School Diploma or GED required + Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in printing or graphics preferred.

  • Previous experience with customer relationship development and proven sales growth, at an account base with annual sales in excess of $2 million preferred.

  • Previous experience in the Graphic and Textile Industry is preferred. The Production Foreman provides supervision of high quality print manufacturing and leadership to both staff and our offender workforce. Ensures quality products, customer loyalty, and accurate and complete orders are delivered on time. Communicates expectations and objectives to offenders.

Supervises production, shipping, receiving, or other processes to meet customers needs. Tracks inventory to ensure materials to schedule job production are available. Demonstrates effective methods for managing lot tracking, safety stock, and item codes.

Verifies cycle counts, reports inventory variances and runs inventory specific reports in Syteline. Observes work processes for potential quality improvements, and takes action where applicable. Participates in quality training.

Ensures staff receives frequent, constructive feedback, and they have the necessary tools to accomplish goals. Print Production Artist for our Corporate office located in Plymouth, MN. The Print Production Artist will prepare all designs for production utilizing the most current prepress knowledge. JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Production Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day sales campaigns from start to finish, and managing the specific needs of the clients.  This position is responsible for managing production efforts and to facilitate all marketing campaigns, in a very organized and detail-oriented manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Oversees the production schedule for various marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for proofing and quality control of all projects
  • Manage project deadlines by driving cooperation with client, internal team and external suppliers.
  • Manage all graphic design work, work orders, proofs, and change orders.
  • Troubleshoot in all areas of production.
  • Drive deliverables with continuous improvements and cost savings measurements
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, in lieu of degree, may be considered
  • Previous experience with managing outside resources, including printers, letter shops, writers and artists required
  • Excellent contract negotiation skills and vendor management required
  • Management experience with a production team required
  • Data processing and direct / digital mail file management required
  • Previous experience with logistical planning preferred
