Essential Functions and Requirements

  • Good manual dexterity

Job Description Assemble and package medical device products to high quality standards in accordance with all policy and procedural standards of AngioDynamics.

  • Manufacture high quality medical devices with maximum efficiency and minimal scrap and rework

  • Set up work station with necessary equipment and supplies as per job assignment

Assemble mechanical and electrical components for the production of Lantech equipment that is not assembled on the line. These options are more complex in nature. Requires flexibility and being able to backfill on the line based on the business needs. Will be standing approximately 9-10 hours per day. Requires associate to drive fork truck and lift loads up to 50 lbs. Must be willing and able to work overtime to complete projects and meet scheduling deadlines.

Experience: Must have some mechanical and electrical assembly experience or a mechanical/electrical background.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training from vocational or trade school is a plus.

Skills: Ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, be assertive and the ability to read electrical schematics is preferred. Additionally, candidate will have a high aptitude for working with situations of a manufacturing nature.
