Abrasive Technology currently has an opening for an entry level manufacturing position in our E-Bonding Process. A position is available on 3rd shift (Sun-Thurs, 11:00 PM -7:30 AM) and is located at our world headquarters in Lewis Center, Ohio.

Essential Functions and Requirements

  • Good manual dexterity

  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

  • Willingness to work around chemicals using appropriate safety equipment

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a neat and orderly workplace

  • Soldering, cross stitching, knitting, jewelry making or beading experience is a plus!

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment

  • Ability to prioritize and determine the appropriate order of tasks according to relative importance

  • Ability to wear steel toe/safety toe shoes

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis and stand for 4+ hours

  • Ability to train on 1st shift for 1-3 months

Education / Training Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus

  • Basic computer skills

The starting wage is $13.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential for working 3rd shift.

  • Responsible for following safety policies and procedures.
