Abrasive Technology currently has an opening for an entry level manufacturing position in our E-Bonding Process. A position is available on 3rd shift (Sun-Thurs, 11:00 PM -7:30 AM) and is located at our world headquarters in Lewis Center, Ohio.

Essential Functions and Requirements

  • Good manual dexterity

  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

  • Willingness to work around chemicals using appropriate safety equipment

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a neat and orderly workplace

  • Soldering, cross stitching, knitting, jewelry making or beading experience is a plus!

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment

  • Ability to prioritize and determine the appropriate order of tasks according to relative importance

  • Ability to wear steel toe/safety toe shoes

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis and stand for 4+ hours

The starting wage is $13.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential for working 3rd shift.

Records all necessary data pertaining to product performance. Interacts with fellow workers to exchange information accurately. Properly use bar code system to reflect time charged to jobs.

Able to assemble components. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some computer skills at beginner level preferred.
