Job Description

We are in need of an Employee to Print T-Shirts on our Direct-to-Garment Printers. This is a very clean job, unlike traditional screen printing. We are looking for somebody who is willing to be on their feet and work hard for a up & coming company in the Charleston area.
Employee will be responsible to learn the ins and outs of these new & modern machines. Employee's main responsibilities will include staying focused on printing shirts, understanding our process, and working with our team. We will teach you how to print our many designs on t-shirts, sweatshirts, tank tops, using our 2 state of the art 'brother' DTG printers. It is actually incredibly easy to understand how the machines work. It will only take us a few minutes to teach you. The real skill is placement, attention to detail, focus, and most importantly attitude.
Experience with DTG Digital printers is preferred but not necessary. We really need someone who is hardworking, reliable, a good learner, respectful, and willing to work well with our awesome team. We are looking to hire as soon as possible at our location on James Island, SC. Willing to discuss Full-Time or Part-Time Schedules.

    Assembler - 2Nd Shift

    Immediate opening for an Assembler in the Troy, OH area.
    2nd shift position working Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reviews and interpret assembly instructions
    • Determines if all parts are present and review materials for expiration
    • Assembles the product following proper PPE and instructions
    • Verifies throughout the process product is being assembled per the specifications by the use of measuring tools, calipers, or other methods to verify thickness, weight, etc.

    I. Primary Function

    To setup and assemble FT switches. This involves assembly of sub-assemblies and finished parts with small components consisting of such items as handles, springs, screws, nuts, covers, housings and switches in accordance with product specification sheets, drawings and methods, schedules, and customer needs.

    Bench fixtures, hand tools, riveting machines, air drivers, and gauges

    IV. Working Procedures and/or Responsibility Assigned
    The following are the usual major job duties but this job description does not preclude the performance of other duties by the incumbent, nor the question being raised on the proper rate of pay for the assignment.

    1. Arrive on time. In work area and ready for assignement at start of shift. 

    2. Receive work assignment from supervisor or his/her designee.

    3. Assemble sub-assemblies and finished parts through such methods as hand assembly, riveting, air driving, and bolting components, per specification sheets and customer orders. Perform final boxing, to complete assemblies and sub-assemblies.

    4. Test finished parts by using guagues, computer terminals and testing equipment, and assure test results are within tolerances as defined on product specification sheets. As required, document status and pass/fail test information of completed sub-assemblies and finished parts.

    5. Visually inspect sub-assemblies and finished parts for accuracy, proper connections and placement, making adjustments and changes as necessary.

    6. Follow methods, M-Specs, product specs. and drawing information required to assemble and test relays.

    7. Support quality manufacturing goals, productivity goals and on-time shipment goals.

    8. Follow Kanban procedures in ordering and receiving materials. First in, first out (FIFO)

    9. Report material defects and shortages to supervisor or designated employee.

    10. Follow safe work practices and wear PPE while required (Safety glasses & ear protection) Maintain tools, equipment and working area in a clean and orderly condition.

    11. Perform duties in accordance with the Coral Springs Quality, Safety and Environmental Management
