POSITION DESCRIPTION: Responsible for using the cooling tubes to cool all product to proper temperatures required by specs without damaging the product.

Inspect tube and related equipment daily to ensure company specifications are met. Communicate safety and mechanical problems of cooling tube to Supervisor immediately.
Use a forklift to loading and unloading product from the cooling tube on a FIFO basis.
Accurately complete and submit daily tube log report, product testing reports, receiving tags and audit tags in a timely manner.
Comply with all Company Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety practices.
Keep work area clean and sanitize tube at all times.
When raining, will have to help expedite the transferring of product to a dry area as soon as possible.
Additional projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Preferred Candidate Qualifications: + 2 - 5 years of related experience including 1+ year of 6+ pallet forklift experience required.
Must be forklift OSHA certified by Earthbound Farm.
Bilingual/bi literate English/Spanish required. Must have the ability to read and follow printed worksheets and handouts in English.
Proficient in 10-key by touch and MS Office Suite programs including Word and Excel.
Must have basic math skills including the ability to count, add, and subtract.

Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of life span growth and development and the ability to assess data regarding the patient’s status and provide care as described in the department’s policies and procedures manual.
Licenses Required + Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Utah, or obtain one within 30 days of hire under the interstate compact.
- Basic Life Support Provider card through American Heart Association or obtain within one month of hire. * Additional license requirements as determined by the hiring department.
Preferred + Applicant must have completed Cortrak Training Coarse and be a current approved placement member within the critical care cluster. + Some positions may require additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within one year of hire.
Working Conditions and Physical DemandsEmployee must be able to meet the following requirements with or without an accommodation. + This position involves intensive work that may exert up to 100 pounds and may consistently require lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects, such as medical equipment, or patients while providing medical care. Workers in this position may be exposed to infectious diseases and may be required to function around prisoners and behavioral health patients.
