Provide full administrative support to the Olyphant Wetout office, supporting the Plant manager.
Order all inventory items including chemicals, tube, pallets, etc. Orders and maintains supplies and equipment for the office.
Manage and assist with monthly cycle counts utilizing DSI inventory practices. Report cycle count results to plant manager for approval.
Create, receive and monitor purchase orders and change orders.
Process Work Orders Requisitions using JD Edwards and communicate with customers/vendors as necessary for ordering dry tube, chemicals and resin. Follow up/work with material buyer.
Review and process work orders. Help update weekly production schedules while tracking inventory and working directly with wetout employees, plant manager, supervision, inventory specialist and logistics manager
Create, review, and submit various internal reports. (TAPS System, Report Card, Air Emissions, etc.)
Review, update and upload labor and payroll transactions
Track paid time off benefits and attendance points
Submit data to corporate to set up vendors, part numbers, etc.
Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Accurately maintaining historical documents, filing all correspondence (Vendor info, regulatory agencies, other documents and records.
Be able to assist HR with new hire job descriptions and onboarding forms/paperwork.
Prepare presentations as required
Greet and direct visitors, vendors, employees, etc.
Clerical duties such as typing correspondence, filing, faxing, scheduling meetings and training events, etc.
Prepare outgoing mail and responsible for all couriered shipping and receiving.
Flexible work schedule when needed, to include some evening and weekend work
Perform other duties as required and necessary per business needs.
High School Diploma or equivalent required, with an Associate's degree preferred
Two to five (2-5) years of related administrative experience in a fast paced environment required
Must have strong interpersonal skills

Underground Utilities Foreman
The Underground Utilities Foreman coordinates activities concerned with the operation and maintenance of construction equipment and systems. Implements and ensures the implementation of construction procedures, specifications and work schedules. Cabana Servers are responsible for preparing and serving food to our guests in the cabanas. This job requires a lot of walking & going up and down stairs.
Employees must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members and be knowledgeable of the park and the local area. Tends equipment and completes processes that separate sand according to texture and grade. Must serve as a positive representative of Chippewa Sand Company and provide service to internal departments and other CSC operations as well as employees.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Operate and maintain processes for continuous flow of washing material
Use computer and control panels to run equipment and monitor material flow such as conveyors, washing/separating equipment, pressure gauges, indicator or meters to ensure optimal processing condition.
Adjusts controls of classifying tanks to obtain specified grade of sand.
Examine product visually or by hand to verify qualities such as clarity, cleanliness, consistency and texture.
Lubricates conveyor idlers and equipment using grease gun, and assists in routine equipment maintenance.
Shovels sand spillage clear of moving equipment parts and work area..
Tolerable legally permissible exposure to sand dust and dirt.

Wet Processing Line Operator
Performs wet processes, and related racking and testing procedures necessary to supply our customer with high quality final finish coatings in an efficient and cost effective manner. Must maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Understanding and meeting customer requirements.
Maintaining proper plating bath chemistries, including performance of chemical titration's, basic auto-controller operation and temperature probe operation.
Maximize process quality and uptime by maintaining equipment functionality through the completion of weekly preventive maintenance work orders, and recording and reporting of any equipment deficiencies in a timely manner.
Upkeep Plating room and all equipment through proper operation and handling procedures, such as keeping all hoses rolled, dragging tanks and end of shift, removal of empty drums, etc.

As a Painter, you will be required to perform the following tasks:
* Paint raw steel platforms and various products and equipment.
* Move platforms and various products using a overhead crane or forklift.
* Perform Wet Painting tasks in a safe and timely manner.
* On occasion be required to perform general labor and cleaning tasks as directed by your supervisor or leadperson.
* Keep up with routine maintenance procedures and cleaning equipment.

* Ability to recognize and properly repair defects in paint finish (ex: runs, holidays and orange peel).

As a Senior Engineer in the Process Engineering team at IM Flash, you will work with industry-leading semiconductor process technologies related to new memory devices. In this position you will develop and optimize Wet Process techniques necessary for advanced Memory integration flows.
