Job Description & Requirements
The Order Assembly Picker/Loader is responsible for performing a variety of duties in loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near plant, yard, or work site. Performs any combination of receiving, storing and distributing tasks to assist in the distribution of product.
Responsible for frequently pulling and stacking product based on daily orders. Meeting specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
Responsible for operating various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks).
Responsible for keeping products separated, organized and in good rotation.
Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
Report any mechanical problems such as bad wearstrips, plugged or missing lube nozzles, spacer stop malfunctions, palletizer malfunctions or conveyor breakdowns.
Responsible for frequently documenting and reporting; Completing production and quality logs. Furnish accurate counts on load tags
Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
Follow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
Responsible for food safety, pre-requisite programs and food quality related to designated area. Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or, equivalent combination of education and experience
Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.
Must be able to able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, push or pull for virtually the entire shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high.
Must be able to work in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit.
For ice cream plants: Must be able to work in an environment where the temperature is maintained at minus 22 degrees Fahrenheit.
Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
Be able to effectively work in a team environment.

Primary Job Duties
Load cabinets, kits and components onto the automatic paint conveyor line to ensure optimum coverage of finish.
Pull parts according to request made by the assembly lines.
Remove painted parts and deliver parts and kits to specified departments.
Inspect parts for defects, touch up paint as required
Conduct paint tests for quality control.
Must learn how to powder paint and perform the duties of a powder painter in order to fill in as a backup finisher
Required Experience (MUST have to be considered)
Three to six months of current manufacturing work experience
Ability to read, interpret and follow schedules / work instructions,
Ability to read and differentiate part numbers, labels, and colors
Physical requirements – ability to stand, bend, reach and handle bulky parts is common to the job
Will frequently lift up to 37 pounds
Good eye/hand and foot coordination is required.
Hazards – will be exposed to potential hazards including pinch points, fall hazards, chemical exposure and general safety issues associated with manufacturing
Must be able to work in hot, cold, dusty, elevated and noisy areas

Railroad Vehicle Loader (230)
Company Profile: Established in 1987, Road & Rail Services has grown and diversified to become a leading provider of rail related services in North America. Our network of skilled associates provides plant and terminal operating expertise as well as field maintenance of rail assets for railroads, rail shippers, and owners of rail related equipment and facilities.
Properly and safely load/unload vehicles onto/off railcars for transport. This process requires the use of an adjustable loading ramp, setting up and taking down bridge plates (45lbs) at the railcar junctions, securing the vehicles for transportation using a securing device (chocks) or removing the securring device for unloading vehicles.
We are looking to fill multiple positions on night shift. Night shift starts at 8:00pm and employees can expect 45-50 hours per week.
Setting up railcars and properly preparing them for loading and occasionally unloading (We get 50 100 inbound vehilces about 2-3 times a week that are unloaded at this facility)
Loading cars on to the railcars and properly securing the vehicles on the railcars. (About 70 % of the vehicle coming off the assembly line are loaded on to railcars. Also we are a direct loading facility, so we do not stage the cars before we load them)
Shuttling cars from the factory to covered or outside parking
Breaking down railcars and properly preparing them for leaving the facility.
Skills, Licenses, Certification, and/or Special Training:
Must maintain a valid state driver's license if required to operate company equipment;
Must be able to safely operate manual transmission vehicles.
Required Work and Environmental Conditions:
Must be able to constantly work in an outdoor environment, exposed to all weather elements, including extreme hot and cold temperatures, dust and noisy conditions;
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and being on call
Must be able to frequently climb, using various types of ladders, to heights in excess of 16 feet;
Must be able to properly wear all required Personal Protective Equipment.

Must be A-Packer qualified. Will perform A-Packer duties as allowed by seniority.

Wireline Gun Loader - Odessa, TX
Under general supervision, load, repair and properly store all perforating type guns, testing tools and tier equipment at the location.
The Gun Loader has the principal responsibility for loading the Guns, keeping up to date the explosive inventory control list, ordering explosives and ensuring that the Perforation Equipment like GUN adapters, consumables and related equipment is maintained to the highest standards and according to the latest specifications and RITE. He/she is aware of the potential risks associated with such maintenance and works in a safe, orderly and efficient manner.

Essential Job Functions
Loads explosive powder or chemicals into gun perforators and carriers used in shooting or burning holes through tubing, casings, and earth formations: Assembles perforators, using special hand-tools

Inserts specified powder charge in chamber of sidewall sample-taking cylinder and assembles cylinders, using special wrenches

This job requires the identification, safe handling and accurate storage, and placement of product following inspection. Operator must coordinate with Quality Assurance technicians to allow for timely movement of production into inventory after inspection. Must follow establish practices for safe, organized, and orderly storage of product. Knowledge of yard layout, products, production levels, and forklift operation is essential. Development of skills for assessing load parameters allowing the safe, accurate, and efficient placement of finished product on flatbed trailers to insure maximum loading, while maintaining stable transport properties is also required. Individual will also assist other shipping personnel with load preparation, inventory counts, inventory status assessment, unloading raw materials and other duties as required by the Shipping Supervisor.
