Job Skills/Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position monitors the movements and efficiency of the hourly staff (Stock, Picking and Shipping). This position has full knowledge of (or will be trained to know) the daily operational tasks for all hourly DC employees. The person understands all of the technical knowledge (use of scanners and necessary Operating System and /or be trained) that is necessary for daily operations. Some daily duties that need to be done are (not in order of importance and can be adjusted at any time):

? Dealing with problem picking and shipping orders-

? Monitoring the shipping queue for late orders/PL?s

? Hiring interviews

? DC issues emails

? Open and Close Cycle counts

? Monitor inventory issues related to overages/underages, picking/packing and receiving

? Forklift training

? Inventory adjustments

? Authorize adding items to a PO

? Other tasks / duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training. Management/Business classes are beneficial. Job requires basic Math and English reading abilities.

Language Skills:

Ability to efficiently read and interpret simple documents such as invoices, packing slips, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals and correspondence.

Computer Skills:
Computer skills and experience in Word and Excel are necessary.

Our consultants find themselves with different roles from one project to another. Our projects involve initial inspections and the collecting of evidence, analyzing and recreating the events in our labs, and finding answers and writing reports for our clients. You will be introduced to each step in this process and will eventually master all of them.

The Order Assembly Picker/Loader is responsible for performing a variety of duties in loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near plant, yard, or work site. Performs any combination of receiving, storing and distributing tasks to assist in the distribution of product.

  • Responsible for frequently pulling and stacking product based on daily orders. Meeting specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.

  • Responsible for operating various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks). * Responsible for keeping products separated, organized and in good rotation.

  • Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.

  • Report any mechanical problems such as bad wearstrips, plugged or missing lube nozzles, spacer stop malfunctions, palletizer malfunctions or conveyor breakdowns.

  • Responsible for frequently documenting and reporting; Completing production and quality logs. Furnish accurate counts on load tags

  • Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
