Assembly and wiring of our Metal Enclosed product line to prepare for test and final inspection
Good understanding of blue prints/schematics and wiring experience
Experience in reading drawings and working with electrical equipment
Experience using various tools including manual/electric/pneumatic tools, fork truck (including stand-up), jib crane, templates/fixtures, and hand carts, measuring devices and prescribed safety equipment. # Physical Demands
Required to stand, walk, stoop, squat, reach to or below shoulder level, lift, carry, push, pull, and use hands to handle and feel.
Frequently required to climb and reach above shoulder level.
Regularly required to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
Frequently required to push/pull up to 40 pounds.

The order assembly picker/loader is responsible for picking orders, palletizing, loading and unloading products and/or cases, and working any station or line that is assigned. The order assembly picker/loader works anywhere in the Load-out/Freezer/Cooler areas that may be assigned.

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Material Handler/Paint Line Loader for an open position in Wichita, KS.
will not be just moving material with forklift and loading line. Majority of time will be paint prep - blowing debris off parts and masking/cleaning off prior to painting in the oven. As the Material Handler/Line Loader – 1st Shift you will manipulate (manually and mechanically), purchased and fabricated parts, weldments, and sub-assemblies to route and process through the manufacturing plant’s paint department equipment to achieve quality painted parts.
Responsibilities include: • Material handling of detail and assembled parts. Perform tasks as required to move parts, attach and remove parts to/from conveyor components as instructed, and attach adhesive parts together. • Match parts - to part numbers, keep counts and identification correctly as required. Handling parts per general procedures and to specified quality requirements. • Make adjustments or improvements to components including; cleaning, identifying, spot painting as required, and positioning for delivery. • Complete tasks by following work instructions, process sheets, check sheets, photos, and carrying out assignments given by Supervisor in an efficient manner • Perform minor painting rework as required to detail parts and components to permit proper assembly • Responsible for helping to maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with company requirements • Operate fork lift truck for various duties • Perform all tasks within safety guidelines. • Perform other duties as assigned by lead person or department team leader
