Responsible for the health of the direct labor force including training, retention, hiring and supporting their needs. Executes the production design as set by Cirrus Process Engineering. Provides metrics and visibility into operations.

Essential Duties: • Responsible for delivering clear and concise communication in a timely manner. Communicates company vision and organizational goals and objectives • Ensures all safety standards/ policies are met. Conducts regular observations for safety compliance and corrects unsafe acts and conditions • Responsible for employee training and qualifications.

Assigns trainers, monitors employee’s progress and makes changes to station skill requirements as needed • Executes production design as provided by Cirrus Process Engineering. Communicates back regarding area performance to targets. Responsible for all assembly related functions dealing with product quality, on time delivery, and employee safety. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : A)Ensures a safe workplace for employees.
