Job Summary:
Responsible for providing supervision, instruction, job assignments, and assistance to designated line personnel. Also responsible for coordinating with personnel on safety procedures, quality issues and finding ways to improve productivity. Able to read schedules & engineering drawings.

Electrical Final Assembly Manager

Electrical Final Assembly Manager GROB Systems, Bluffton OH. Supervise & manage the Electrical Final Assembly & Electrical Start-Up depts; coordinate & schedule install; direct changes to assure start-up & install of equip; complete final run-offs; review investment plans; manage shared projects, discuss HW & SW sols & tech advances; review ops & confer w/staff to resolve production or processing problems; hire personnel, eval employees, & eval quality of machines.

BSEE or related + 4 yrs exp. In lieu of degree, will accept 2 addl years exp in the machining industry including apprenticeships. GROB will accept any suitable combo of ed, training / exp in fulfillment of position reqs.
