The AD Systems concept began in 2009, originally designed as an interior storefront configuration for commercial interiors concerned with acoustical mitigation and space savings. This position is responsible for assembling and preparing all fabricated and finished products for shipment to the customer.
- Performs final assembly, using hand or power tools based on drawings and work instructions.
- Fit and install hardware to frame.
- Cut and fit channels to frame using conventional cutting equipment.
- Install gasketing per protocol and drawings.
- Documents the operations performed.
- Inspects completed operations for quality, accuracy and quantity.
- Expedites material as required.
- Inspects finished products for defects.
- Allocate material used to the proper pick-list.
- Locate & position material as required.

Previous experience is required, use of hand tools and some power tools is required as well as a lifting requirement of up to 50lbs. One customer manufactures industrial lawnmowers and the other manufactures actuators.
Both positions are full time, long term and temp-to-hire.
Ability to communicate in English is required.
1st Shift: 7:30AM-4:00PM
High school diploma and a background check are required.

Position Basic Purpose:
Responsible for production assembly of components, fitting, and/or adjustment of interrelated parts. Involves reading and interpreting blueprints, positioning of part for assembly of several parts in a rigid or semi-rigid unit.

Electronics Assembly Technician If you have experience in electronics assembly and would enjoy an exciting career in the defense and aerospace industry, then SDL wants you to join our team. As an electronics assembly technician, you would perform operations of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) electronics assembly, including automatic pick and place setup and operation, you would also perform conventional soldering operations, including operating rework equipment for SMT and conventional printed wire boards, as well as machine maintenance. You must be capable of distinguishing colors; red, green, blue and yellow and will need to learn and understand applicable quality/assembly documents. You must also have the ability to effectively analyze drawings, BOMs, and travelers. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to work independently and can fill out and maintain records. Core responsibilities include: + Set up and operation of equipment on an SMT line and secondary processing of assemblies for interconnect, testing, labeling, data logging, conformal coating, and staking.

Role Purpose: Mid-level position assembling and validating test fixtures and equipment.
Conduct periodic dynamic and static testing in accordance with governmental regulations (NHTSA). Dynamic tests are performed using free falling impact probes and static tests are performed using electro-mechanical test devises.
