What qualifications are we lookingfor?
High School degree or GED required + Minimum of 1 year cash handlingexperience strongly preferred + 2 years of sales and customerservice experience
Strong listening and customerservice skills + Ability to effectively ask questionsand identify needs to enhance the customer relationship + Commitment to building relationshipsthrough phone engagements + Ability to problem solve and providesolutions to customer issues + Ability to strengthen relationshipswith teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration
