Responsible for operating machines that cut and slice food products such as red cabbage or PROCC romaine and Kale + Threads machine with adjusts dimensions, and cuts size of different products to meet the specifications.
The Diverse Cut operator machine sets up, adjusts, inspects and operates automated cutter machines and equipment including but not limited to: Diverse cutter, segment cutter and Trans slicer machines. This individual is responsible for monitoring the products sizes and ensuring equipment is consistently running successfully
Performs pre-shift equipment checks to ensure proper functioning as well as performs a post shift equipment check to ensure proper set up for sanitation or hands off to next shift.
Sets up and adjusts machines to run a variety of products sizes and types according to production schedule. Making sure the Final Package meets all finished Products specs. Rework control is a major part of their duties making sure machines is set up well enough to reduce rework to an acceptable level.
Stop, locks out/tags out or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machines jams, and reports malfunction to supervisor or manager. Notifies Maintenance in a timely fashion if/when unable to rectify problem independently and follows the communication protocol.
Performs quality checks ensuring finished units are marked with the correct size. Stop lines and notifies quality assurance and production management in the event of a non-conformance + Communicates with other production staff members to ensure efficient production, appropriate output levels and to minimize set-up times.
Monitors production line for malfunctions and adjusts machinery in accordance with policy and safety procedures to correct problems.
Cooperates with supervisors and managers and ensures compliance with all Company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), Hazard Communication, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21 - Section 110.
Performs preventative maintenance checks throughout shift and advised PMO Lead of equipment malfunctions.
Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs.
Willingness and ability to lead and offer directions/guidance. Reliable, responsible, dependable and fulfilling of obligations.
Proactively assist team members, managers and employees as needed.
Manage special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Fulfills customer orders for finished goods by using a variety of different machines, measuring devices, and hand tools to create medical products to accurate specifications. We will train you from the ground up on all job processes! - Regularly use various types of measuring instruments including gages, micrometers, calipers, and comparators. In addition, all operators use diverse types of hand tools i.e. wrenches, screw drivers, etc. to adjust tooling or fixtures for set up changes or quality adjustments.
Performs first piece and in process quality checks, which are done both visually and mechanically.
Conducts various cleaning and coating operations.
Fills out paperwork correctly according to GMP rules and performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a regular basis.

CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator
Second shift CNC 5 axis milling machine operator position available. CNC operators load programs, set up machine, load/unload machine, make adjustments to the machine to control speed, material feed and performance, perform daily operator PM's, inspect product to ensure it is defect-free and ready for the next step in production.
First shift runs from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Second shift runs from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am. Monday through Thursday. (compensation includes a Shift Differential)

Responsible for setting equipment guides, stops, spacers or other fixtures according to methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards; Inspect finish products according to product specifications and ensures finished job order meets the quality standard and is forwarded to the next production process.
