Exercises a thorough knowledge of various types of machine controls and system such as FANUC, Seimens, Haas and Ingersoll.
Sets up and operates machines to perform any operation within the capacity of the equipment. Runs N/C programs and reference machine axis to ensure machine operates properly. Verifies composite fiber place is correct on a continuous basis.
Operator will perform all tasks and activities associated with the manufacture of Automated Fiber Placement (AFP) bond panels. Must be able to set-up and adjust various machine setting such as; programs, shop aids and bond jig placement.
Understands and adheres to work instructions and sequences specified in blueprints, operations planning, engineering orders, program setup sheets, standard work illustrated planning, etc.
In addition to AFP machine operations, operator tasks include hand layup of composite assemblies, both laminate and co-cue assemblies.
Performs bagging and vacuum blanketing, etc. Connects and disconnects vacuum lines to bond jigs as required.
Will be required to participate in real time problem resolution (RTPR) opportunities with lay-up and operator teams.
Machine Operator Steel Cutting Department
Responsible for work in different areas of shop. Package sheet/trim materials. Move finished materials to trucks with cranes & forklifts.
Overhead crane and forklift experience a plus.
Mechanically inclined. Crane Operators & Loaders: are responsible for loading trucks, using overhead crane and forklifts using order set verification.
Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs.
Must be able to work at heights over 5'10".
Warehouse background, Crane skills, and Forklift Skills are very helpful.
Press Rollforming Operators: Operate 21 foot Jorns Press Break for light gauge steel. Read blue prints and set up special parts for production.
1-3 years Jorns or similar press experience required.
Must be able to read Blueprints.
Ability to read tape measure to sixteenths.
Dependable work ethic with positive attitude

You will operate a cutting machine with plasma or flame and bevel sides of steel plates using the beveling machine. This is the first step of building a tower section.
As a Cutting Table Operator, you must be able to :

Remove scrap from the plates

Plasma Cutting Operator
Trinity Heads, Inc. is searching for a Plasma Cutting Operator in our Navasota, TX plant. As a Plasma Cutting Operator, you'll operate manual and automatic thermal cutting equipment to trim formed heads to dimensions, contour, and bevel requirements as specified by blueprints, layouts, work orders and templates.

General Description. The automated machine control specialist will work as a member of a survey crew performing construction stakeout and associated preliminary topographic surveys, boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveys for public and private clients.
