Our Client has facilities at Reynolds Park in Green Cove Springs, FL where they operate a VW  processing center located on 35 acres of land just south of Orange Park and Jacksonville.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Clean and Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to drive an automatic and manual (Stick) transmission vehicle
  • Reliable Transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday- Friday
  • Ability to work mandatory overtime Monday- Friday (7:00 AM - 5:45 PM) and Saturday 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
  • Mechanical aptitude or background preferred

PRIMARY DUTIES
The primary duties of the Auto Processor will be to conduct a thorough inspection and complete various procedures as per the standard operating procedures manual. Must be able to follow instructions in a step by step fashion. Examples of procedures Auto Processors must complete multiple times daily:
  • Drive Vehicle 2 miles or less
  • Check Tire Pressure
  • Remove Battery Cable
  • Fill Gas Tank
  • Vehicle Reconditioning and Inspections
  • Under-seal and Engine Coating
  • Minor Mechanical Repairs

Y-Tech Services, Inc. is seeking an Automobile Body Repairer / Fiberglass. The Automobile Body Repairer, Fiberglass repairs damaged fiberglass automobile bodies, using pneumatic tools and knowledge of fiberglass repair techniques.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Cuts away damaged fiberglass, using air grinder.

  • Smooths edges of painted surface, using sandpaper or air-powered sander.

  • Masks surrounding undamaged surface, using masking tape.

  • Cuts plastic separating film, using shears, and tapes film to outside repair area.

  • Mixes polyester resin and hardener according to specifications and applies mixture to repair area, using brush.

  • Soaks matting in resin mixture and layers matting over repair area to specified thickness. Peels separating film from repair area and washes repair surface with water.

  • Occasionally secures new panel to repair area, using C-clamp.

  • Applies and spreads body filler manually to reestablish surface.

  • Manually files away excess filler to match original contour.

  • Smooths filler, using air sander.

  • Cleans repair area with air gun.

  • The Automobile Body Repairer, Fiberglass may be required to perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Position Overview
Detailers oversee and manage all functions relating to producing drawings and material cut list (bar list) for assigned jobs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
To prepare high quality, accurate, reinforcing steel placement drawings, through the interpretation of engineer’s plans and specifications. Drawings will need to conform to industry and company standards to provide necessary information for productive fabrication and field placement. Work will be drawn with computer-aided design (CAD) systems. BIM Modeling experience is a plus.

  • Produce rebar drawings that conform to industry and company standards for various structures using AutoCAD/BIM technology.

  • Produce accurate and detailed lists of material for shop fabrication.

  • Provide 3D BIM drawing models for rebar fabrication.

  • Assist with the research of detailing, fabrication and field problems.

  • Coordinate with customer and scheduling personnel to schedule material deliveries and placement.

  • Coordinate and account for any changes in our scope of work.

  • On occasion, travel to the jobsite to resolve any issues that might arise.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each job.

  • Ensure all efforts are taken to satisfy customer needs at all levels: phone calls, meetings, job site visits.

  • May be responsible for other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.

Experience and Skill Requirements
