A Senior Managing Director provides operational and financial related consulting services primarily in the Corporate Finance practice areas as required. This practice provides services primarily in the following areas:
Performance Improvement
Interim Management;
Merger Integration;
Litigation Support;
Company-side/Equity-sponsor advisory;
Creditor Advisory; and
Lender Advisory;
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Apply manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement expertise to traditional bankruptcy, turnaround, expert witness and merger integration engagements.
Responsible for day to day activities of project including interaction with other team members, professionals from other firms involved in the engagement and client personnel. May include supervision of client personnel.
Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and similar methods to provide operational recommendations and detailed implementation plans.
Lead client teams in developing operational plans and identifying synergies during merger / transition planning.
Apply business, accounting, finance and analytical skills to various client situations and practice disciplines (e.g., financial modeling, ratio and comparable company analysis, review/analysis of financial statements and projections, assessing business plans, claims, conducting due diligence on balance sheet and profit and loss statement items, etc.).
Prepare complex cash flow projections and worksheets to model business processes and/or actual or hypothetical transactions.
Maintain detailed working paper records reflecting assumptions, methodologies and sources of information employed during the performance of all analytical tasks.
Work to ensure a quality product, as well as delivery of all work within established timeframes.
Prepare draft written analyses and other reports for third parties, as necessary, on the project scope, findings and/or results of activities.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and quantitative exhibits for third parties, as necessary, on the project scope, findings and/or results of activities.
Research and organize information to facilitate effective data access and analysis.
Maintain professional image within the company and project same to those outside the company.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 20 years relevant experience.
Experience in Six Sigma and/or a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with PC environment and related software, including Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient use and analysis of computer models and development of dynamic spreadsheet applications.
PREFFERED SKILLS:
Excellent communication (written and verbal), mathematical and organizational skills
Ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations
Effective interpersonal communications, including active listening.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multi-task environment; willingness to research, analyze and develop new skills.
Flexibility with respect to assigned tasks and engagements. The ideal candidate should be able to move between operational and financial engagements.
Six sigma, Lean, or CPIM certifications preferred.
Experience outsourcing manufacturing to emerging markets is a plus.
General knowledge of corporate finance, supply chain, and manufacturing principles and terminology.
Experience in manufacturing leadership roles would be helpful.
Ability to travel 80%
MBA.

As a Car Detailer, you are responsible for the care and maintenance of the company's vehicles and performing maintenance checks based on vehicle requirements.
What you'll do to be Sixt-cessful:
Responsible for vacuuming and prepping the cars, shuttling cars to and from car washes and dealerships for servicing, car transports to and from offices, checking fluid levels, and changing tires
Clean vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by operating washing equipment

Determine need for and add windshield fluid, gas, oil, water and antifreeze

Verify appropriate stickers are attached to vehicle (registration, plates, etc.)
May assist with local automobile deliveries
Likely to require at least 5-10% travel, some of which may be by airplane

Detailer
Detailers are part-time Retail Merchandisers who are responsible for merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of quality products in local stores. As a Detailer, you will drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations, retrieving Frito-Lay products from the backs of stores, and ensuring that our products are both fresh and attractive to our customers.
This is an ideal role for an individual who may want a supplemental income or simply enjoys the flexibility of a part-time job that offers great wages! It's no secret that many Frito-Lay Detailers fall in love with the work and become full-time team members. Detailer hours vary based upon assigned route and average less than 20 hours per week. This includes weekend and holiday work in all weather conditions. Additional hours may be available during peak times (e.g. NYE, Super Bowl, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc.).
Some of the more frequent tasks you will perform include:
Driving to assigned locations in your personal vehicle (we'll provide mileage reimbursement while you're on the clock)
Check-in and out with manager on duty
Merchandising cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products such as Doritos, Classic Lays, Tostitos, Smartfood Popcorn, etc.
Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products
Tidying up shelves and displays, knocking down boxes and disposing of any waste
Assist in the assembling and disassembling of temporary mobile displays
It's a physical job. We transform store aisles, end caps, and displays into works of art, from the lowest shelf to the highest shelf. This position requires that you be able to lift 15 to 40 pounds, climb, push, pull, bend, stand, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with, or without, a reasonable accommodation.
Some Detailers who come to work with us have a wide variety of experience, but for others it may be their first job. Frito-Lay is happy to offer an amazing training program that will get you up to speed quickly.

As an Auto Detailer you will be responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles according to company standards and applicable safety measures.
Maintain supply inventories and monitor the cleaning equipment and machinery for proper operation and maintenance.
Perform cleaning on vehicles, using cleaning supplies and equipment e.g. brushes, scrapers, vacuums, solutions etc.
Apply polishes, conditioners, waxes and/or masking materials to preserve, protect, and restore vehicle's interiors and exteriors.
