Oxmoor Collision Center in Louisville, KY is looking to hire a full-time Body Shop Estimator to join our growing staff.  We have an abundance of business and need immediate help.

 The Body Shop Estimator will have direct contact with customers as they enter the dealership with repair needs.  The Estimator will answer all necessary questions and ensure that all documentation is timely and efficiently submitted to the respective insurance companies.  In this fast-paced environment, the Estimator uphold the Oxmoor Collision name with the highest level of ethical standards.

Provide accurate reconditioning estimates for body, detail and mechanic (including PSI) services. Estimates will include but not be limited to, commercial, dealer, rental and retail customers as well as any lot or internal damage.
Communicate estimates in required formats (i.e., electronic, email, written, etc.) required to meet all internal and external customer expectations.
Work with Procurement/Purchasing staff to assure accurate pricing of parts and supplies required for estimates.
Monitor repair status, completion timelines, transportation and customer communications related to approved reconditioning estimates, as directed by management.
Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Previous Experience as a Body Shop Estimator required.
Excellent computer skills and very detail oriented.
High productivity while maintaining high quality of work.
Ability to work well with customers, co-workers, and insurance companies.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge in Estimating CCC Pathways / CCC One.
Highest ethical standards.

CA-San Diego Job Number: 29912 As a Sony Technical Product Trainer, you will be responsible for the development of television training material which will primarily be used by the Sony authorized service network. You will assess the current training material available and identify all possible gaps while working closely with television engineering subject matter experts regarding instructional design. GENERAL:
The Repair & Service Technician position at Travis Medical requires a high level of mechanical aptitude, self direction and organization, an ability to follow detailed directions, the ability to stage work ready flow to maximize productivity, the ability to improvise when conflict presents itself with equipment applications and good customer service skills. It is a dynamic position that consists of two primary components: Rehab equipment assembly and field customer service.

The rehab equipment component involves the making ready of manual and power wheelchairs with or without seating systems and other prescribed rehabilitative equipment by assembling them, interfacing multiple manufacturer s parts and components together and making sure the RTS application intent was met based off of notes and measurements usually provided.

The field customer service component involves performing follow-up service calls to customer homes, healthcare facilities or places of work for adjustments of equipment previously delivered by the RTS or for measurements to ensure seating and positioning components are correct prior to ordering.
The ability to communicate and balance responsibilities accordingly to ensure that all required duties are being taken care of is of utmost importance. This position is a great stepping-stone for future opportunities within the Rehab Division to become an ATP, ATS or CRTS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assemble rehab equipment per RTS/ ATP measurements
Make field customer service calls to adjust, repair or assess previously or yet to be ordered industry-oriented equipment
Make any hotshot rehab deliveries as needed
Maintain proper inventory levels of items needed for make ready
Participate in assessment and repair clinics at various care facilities with a designated RTS
Daily cleaning and organization of the make ready-fabrication room
Daily updates in TeamDME of items ready for delivery or items on hold
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department regarding product on order to make sure all product is received as complete and as soon as possible
When product is held up from make ready/ delivery for any reason, act as expediter to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department regarding returns of items for credit to vendors that are incorrect or not needed.
Maintain thorough and accurate knowledge of equipment and product in order to assemble and modify equipment appropriately
Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using a forklift (if applicable)
Attend necessary in-services by manufacturers
Check in custom seating systems when received from freight carriers making sure to verify correctness of order based off of supplied measurements
Back-up Funding Coordinator and Delivery Technician activities as needed and trained on
Maintain professional appearance of office and grounds
Assist with all janitorial and building maintenance duties as needed
