Automobile Safety Installation Specialist
You will make/trim sturdy foam parts that go inside vehicles to seal them and/or absorb impact. You must be able to stand for 10 hours per day and lift up to 40lbs as required.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Contribuer à la conception fonctionnelle de nouvelles fonctionnalités
Préparez les moyens d'essais (réglage, instrumentation capteurs chaine de mesures)
Piloter et réaliser les essais
Définir le plan d'action avec le/les fournisseurs et le Responsable du Projet.
Assister le Responsable Projet dans les travaux de gestions du projet (planning, suivi, mises à jour des indicateurs, …).
Participer à la définition des besoins en moyens (qualité et quantité) et des pièces de mise au point.
Planifier et organiser les travaux de mise au point ainsi que les missions dans le respect des délais définis par le planning et du référentiel métier
Tenir à jour les différents référentiels (spécifications techniques et d'application)
Capitaliser le RETEX en mettant à jour ou en faisant mettre à jour le référentiel documentaire.
Description du profil
De formation Ingénieur/Bac+5 en mécanique ou mécatronique, vous témoignez d'une première expérience similaire dans le secteur automobile.
Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en mécatronique (ESP, Moteur, Infrastructure Electricité Electronique, Automatisme). CompétencesVotre capacité organisationnelle, votre force de proposition et votre autonomie vous assurent la capacité à suivre des projets dans un environnement exigeant.
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais que vous êtes capable d'utiliser à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités dans le domaine Automobile, le Groupe AKKA Technologies recherche un Pilote Projet Automobile (H/F).
Au sein d'une équipe Métier, vous êtes responsable de l'animation du Groupe Fonction (ingénierie, achats, fournisseurs, logistique, fabrication…), et faites prendre les décisions au niveau du Chef de Projet, afin d'assurer l'atteinte des objectifs. Pour ce faire, vous pilotez à la fois la définition technique et le suivi des livrables métiers (conception, validation, industrialisation) en veillant au respect de leur jalonnement.
En lien avec le Master Planning du projet, vous élaborez la planning de votre périmètre et en assurez le suivi et la cohérence afin d'atteindre les objectifs QCDP du projet.
Interlocuteur premier de l'intégralité des interlocuteurs du projet (équipe développement, projet, design, acheteurs, ou encore fournisseurs), vous pilotez de la résolution des problèmes techniques et reportez les éléments permettant le passage des jalons pour son métier (avancement Validations, Qualité composants ou système), en faisant la synthèse QCDP aux jalons du projet.

Force de proposition et doté d'un sens du leadership, vous savez identifier et animer les points durs et piloter la liste des problèmes rencontrés au quotidien.
