Performs a variety of semi-skilled functions on HVAC units, including preventive service inspections and replacement and adjustment to operation components.

Does routine maintenance on cooling towers
Clean pump suction strainers inside towers
Clean tower basins and around tower areas
Clean tower hot water decks or spray nozzles as necessary
Change or adjust float valves
Wash tower air intakes or drift eliminators
Install and adjust tower fan belts
Check for water leaks in towers or piping
Tighten bolts if seams leak
Remove debris in tower area
Drain and clean towers if necessary
Inspect chemical feed system
Check chemical level in feed tank(s)
Notify water treatment contractor if tank(s) are empty
Check chemical feed system is operating properly
Repair blow down valves if necessary
Prime chemical pumps as necessary
Meet with water treatment personal for annual maintenance
Isolate cooling towers for maintenance or repairs
Check chillers for alarms, resets if authorized
Check central plant for VFD alarms, leaks, or other issues
Notifies central plant technicians if problems are discovered
Grease pumps and fan motors once a month
Shut down and restart central plant for tower maintenance
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Operates a building automation system which uses software and interfaces with the maintenance microcomputer.
Monitors a color VDT to determine the temperature of the supply and return air, outside temperature and humidity, outside wall mass temperature and zone temperatures. Studies printout daily to determine problems which have occurred within the last 24 hours and informs maintenance where repairs are needed.
Operates a microcomputer using a specialized program for maintenance management and for an inventory of parts and equipment in the building complex.
Obtains scheduled preventive maintenance assignments on a calendar basis from the microcomputer; passes on the assignments to the preventive maintenance crew.
Generates work orders for reported repair problems.
Generates reports using the microcomputer which show energy consumption such as kilowatt hours, BTU's and the cost; compares cost and usage between years to monitor the efficiency of the system over a period of time.

Substitution: Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience working as a heating, ventilation and air conditioning mechanic, electronics technician, or as a building equipment mechanic using building plans and reading schematics to repair heating and cooling systems. Use of a microcomputer or larger model at home or on the job may be substituted for the computer course.
Specific positions may require certification from a federal EPA approved testing organization as a certified technician required by the Clean Air Act on refrigerant recycling.

As part of our development in the automotive sector, we are currently looking for an ADAS System Engineer.
Description du poste As an ADAS System Engineer, you will be in charge of the technical delivery of several projects for premium automotive OEMs by:
- Performing development of algorithm for ADAS functions (adaptive cruise control, predictive emergency brake systems, blind spot detection and autonomous driving functions) ;
- Testing, system integration and validation of ADAS functions ;
- Debugging / troubleshooting using automotive development tools like CANalyzer, CANape and Matlab ;
- Performing calibration of radar sensor based algorithms to meet performance specifications ;
- Supporting the development of future products and services, implementing problem solving activities.
Description du profil You are qualified to M.Sc. or MEng with an automotive engineering background. During your previous experiences, you have gained knowledge of an Advanced Driver Assistance System. You have an experience of ADAS functions development or testing and are fluent in English and in German.
