1.Must be a detail oriented self starter that can work with minimal supervision.
2 Support manufacturing efficiency by receiving and issuing parts, tools, and equipment.
3.Must be familiar or can shortly learn Blis Maintenance Management (MAM800) software to perform inquiries and perform duties within Maintenance/Tool Crib responsibilities.
4.Receives, unpacks, verifies and tags with a computer generated inventory tag, delivered goods for stock purposes. Items that cannot be physically tagged should be marked with a permanent marker with the correct part number and location. Store goods in the correct location denoted on the inventory tag or as applicabl
5.Maintain an accurate inventory of parts by cycle counting daily, weekly or monthly as may be required.
6.Issue parts from the Tool Crib using provided work order, preventive maintenance, and equipment information.
7.Items for repair should be clearly marked and moved to a designated area for shipment to the vendor so as not to be confused with a good part. Tool Crib Attendant will communicate to Purchasing (Buyer) with proper documentation before shipping to approved supplier. Transport packaged ready-to-ship repair part(s) to the Receiving Dock for shipment.
8.Notify Purchasing Department of any deficiencies in stock and/or requisition needed stock via computerized requisition system POM100.
9.Must be computer literate and communicate via email.
10. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized Tool Crib.
11. Will perform inventory and cycle counts on non tool crib products during the shift.

Fleet Maintenance Technician
Under general supervision, is responsible for performing skilled mechanical repair work on a diversified fleet of automobiles, trucks, and equipment, both light and heavy. Understands and demonstrates a commitment to the Columbus Regional Airport Authority's Mission Statement and Core Principles in addition to all other Authority sponsored initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Assumes responsibility for the effective completion of assigned mechanical repairs on trucks and heavy equipment.
Performs major and minor repair for heavy equipment and hydraulic systems work, cleaning and replacing spark plugs and installing radiator hose.
Installs rings and bearings and makes proper adjustment; overhauls and repairs fuel systems, heavy duty manual and automatic transmission and clutches, A.C. systems, air brakes, hydraulic brakes and electric brake systems, small engine repair, generators, GSE/FBO equipment, and Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) equipment.
Checks alignment of wheels; corrects body rattles; overhauls differentials.
Performs diversified electrical work on automotive equipment such as installing batteries and terminals, repairing and adjusting lights, repairing generators and starters
Uses test equipment for proper diagnosis of all types of vehicles systems including on board computer systems, Antilock Braking System (ABS), emissions, fuel, air conditioning and all related systems.
Makes road tests to locate defects in operation and as check on repair work before return of equipment to active use, using a variety of common testing devices such as ammeters, voltmeters, gauges of various sorts and other testing equipment.
Repairs and replaces hydraulic systems, in fire apparatus, and heavy earth and snow moving equipment.
Repairs and replaces both gasoline and diesel engines.

The Incumbent must possess sufficient skills, experience and abilities to completely disassemble process equipment, and repair or improve and reassembled for use.

Insures that all Generator equipment meets Central Repair standards before being Green Tagged for shipment to customers. Actively works to deliver zero customer quality complaints.
Due to years of experience, will have the skills and knowledge to identify and rectify potential problems with equipment and applications before they happen. They will also work with Technical Specialists to analyze equipment failures and develop corrective actions, including retrofits, to prevent reoccurrence.
Possesses the ability to perform maintenance, service and to repair the majority of Aggreko equipment utilized by the area where they are based (Power).
Should spend the majority of their time leading other technicians and helping operations related areas of the business run smoothly. They must demonstrate positive, professional leadership skills.
Develops the abilities of the technicians that they are responsible for including on the job coaching and teaching, scheduling training courses, insuring the completion of VLS courses, assisting the Central Repair Manager in documenting and conducting performance review discussions.
Is an active member of the shop leadership team and takes action to support the mission and KPI improvement of the shop team.
Must be able to troubleshoot Aggreko equipment failures, as well as the application itself both in-house and on customer locations.
Properly conducts installations and operation of equipment as directed both in-house and at customer locations, including the work of other technicians on the site.
Has the ability to lead other Technicians through the installation and operation of complex jobs such as multiple machine projects, as applicable.
Responsible for developing Repair Cost Estimates, ordering parts to complete the repair, scheduling repair work, assigning Techs to complete the work.
Completes required paperwork/documentation, including service orders, expense reports and/or service reports within prescribed time periods, in an accurate manner which may include data entry and general use of relevant computer systems and software as directed.
Reviews various equipment and preventive maintenance reports of technicians in area of responsibility to ensure information is accurate.
Utilizes mathematical formulas as needed to verify equipment performance (i.e. to determine nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements).
Maintains through knowledge and capability to read and understand schematics.
Responds to after-hours calls as needed.
Obtains & maintains necessary certifications required to operate any equipment as dictated by federal, state and/or local ordinances.
Prepare various reports as directed to maintain accurate records on equipment and preventive maintenance

- Work with outside contractors, utility crews (electrical and telephone) and other company departments to solve problems.
- The ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics and to use the same in troubleshooting.
- An understanding of small air compressor systems and associated instruments and controls.
13.A thorough working knowledge of motor starters (size 00-6) and their control systems. Ability to troubleshoot and correct problems as required. The ability to disassemble, clean, test, and reassemble a motor starter is required.
- Possess an understanding of AC variable frequency drives, DC Drives, programmable logic controllers and the ability to diagnose problems and repair equipment, where feasible. A strong electronics background would be helpful. Experience with motor operated valves a plus.
- Be familiar with emergency generators, transfer switches and 125 VDC battery systems.
- Understand, and have a working knowledge of electronics and various instrumentation signals (4-20 MA, 1-5 VDC, tachometers, capacitance, radar, etc.) and the ability to troubleshoot electronic circuits.
- An understanding of protective relays, switchgear operation, and synchronous motor control at 2400V and above would be beneficial.
- A familiarity with satellite and radio communications equipment and S.C.A.D.A. systems is required.
- Proficient in the use of all electrical trade hand tools including hand held power tools, threading machine, hole coring machine.
- Be capable of working independently following written and verbal instructions.
- Shall be required to respond to emergency situations during off hours and available for overtime on short notice.
- Shall be capable of operating computers for Aqua's asset management system (currently Maintenance Connection) and basic programs such as Microsoft Outlook and Word. Successful candidate shall generate and complete work orders in Maintenance Connection system, and complete preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair checklist templates.

The Industrial Maintenance / Electrical Technician safely and independently performs preventive, routine and reactive maintenance tasks. This role is at Metem, a GE Power business. As the Industrial Maintenance / Electrical Technician, you will:
Read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical and electrical schematics, and other specifications to determine the repair method on failed components
Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic system inspections following established procedures and/or other written or verbal instructions
Repair, maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment
Troubleshoot, identify and repair defective components on production equipment and machinery using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment
