The Role

Reporting to the VP of Transportation of Testing Services, you will:

Coordinate with global team for strategic planning, budgeting, and laboratory internal quality management systems

Drive relationships with the management of OEM test laboratory accreditation programs to grow amount of relevant accreditations for global testing services network

The Requirements


Engineering degree required (MBA or MSc preferred), coupled with 5-10+ years of management experience in On-Board Electronics and/or Dynamics/Reliability Testing within Automotive or Aerospace


Knowledge of international compliance standards for Electronics & Dynamics testing required; background in testing laboratory operations advantageous

Proven track record in operations, strategic planning, and business development into USA Tier 1; acquisition experience a plus

Established reputation within the Electronics & Dynamics industry; effective at building strong business partnerships


International mindset and ability to collaborate with global teams

Leverage Continuous Improvement and ensure employee Health & Safety

Significant domestic and international travel required for success in this role
