The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care services in accordance with legal, ethical and institution standards. Responsibilities
The General Practitioner provides specialized medical services to outpatients and provides medical care to inpatients in institutions with an inpatient mission. Specific duties may involve all aspects of health care delivery, and will work in concert with both institution staff and consultant specialists in various clinical areas. Plant Manager
Responsible for the overall leadership and management of manufacturing operations and the operations strategy for Independent Cart Technology (ICT) products and solutions at the Devens, MA and East Setauket, NY facilities. Provides in depth and advance knowledge in the project management discipline. Responsible for financial, applied technology and schedule performance of assigned projects within cost limitations & established standards.

Provide project related technical, interpersonal, motivational leadership and performance management of teams throughout all phases of the project including resource allocation, task planning, progress tracking and recognition.
Applies interpersonal skills required to lead, motivate and resolve conflict within a project team environment so that scheduled activities are performed in a cost effective and timely manner. Leadership skills are recognized with business unit.

Business
Prepare project level financial documents: AR1 (project initiation and feasibility phases) and AR2 (project execution, release and closeout phases). Maintains and reports on financial and schedule metrics throughout each phase.
Networks and partners with customers/vendors/partners and coordinates efforts to resolve complex problems, responds and delivers timely and cost-effective quality solutions. Responsible for understanding and measuring customer requirements for the projects under development.
Participates in development of business and marketing strategies to optimize the performance of new and existing product lines.
Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network.

Responsibilities
Serves as Occupational Therapist at a Medical Referral Center providing inpatient and outpatient services to Federal prisoners referred by physicians, mid-level practitioners or dentists.
Functions autonomously in the specialty area, but will also be a member of a rehabilitation team providing the latest evidence-based care to a diverse patient population in this unique setting.
Provides occupational therapy services to patients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical, functional and/or health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
Establishes a plan of care and manage the needs of the patient based on examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, goals, and outcomes of planned interventions of identified impairments, activity limitations, and participation restrictions.
Collaborates with multiple medical, mental health, and correctional staff to provide comprehensive care to federal inmates.
Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis.

Degree: A graduate or higher level degree that included:
- An occupational therapy curriculum approved by the The American Occupational Therapy Association (ACOTE) or a professional accrediting organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained; AND
- Completion of the clinical requirements prescribed by the school.
